Disappointment! Service levels extremely low. At the reception it was as if they had to connect one by one to a machine in order to serve. The reservation was for a double with a child and we find a double bed with two mattresses. I had to call 4 times to the reception for them to come even after the midday nap. In the pool we hunt the staff for orders and in the spas they probably don't want to work there, otherwise their behavior is inexplicable. The maids are the kindest staff of the hotel I would say.

We enjoyed our stay at Mitsis Galini hotel. The stuff was friendly, the room had a nice view of the sea and the pool and both the dinner and the breakfast were above the expectations. We will definitely come back!

Amazing pool! The spas didn't drive me crazy, the food and the buffet rich and tasty.
The facilities (mainly the room) for 5 stars were not, however for the price it was ok.
The spa indifferent and the reception not so polite.
A huge negative is the infinite mosquitoes that existed (inside the room) which is perfectly reasonable with a mountain on one side of the sea on the other and 3 swimming pools in front, however from a 5 star hotel I would expect at least a mosquito net in the room!!

Excellent staff but the amenities need a renovation.
Throughout the years amenities such as water jets in outdoor pools have stopped working and have never been fixed.

Spacious suite, sportlessly clean, friendly staff. Perfect meals with a lot of variety, rich breakfast, lunch anr dinner. Mrs Vassia in spa area smiling lady willing to serve us. A WONDERFUL HOTEL!!!! Facilities ideal for relaxation...

Nice hotel, little bit tired around the edges. The waiting & cleaning staff were excellent, bar service very slow. If you order a drink at the bar they won’t let you take it, they will bring it over to you but it could take up to 30 minutes. The reception isn’t as helpful as they could be, the lady that checked us in at 3 in the morning was lovely but later in the week when we asked if we could book a snack box or book the grill restaurant we were told to do it an line, when I’m on holiday I don’t really want to be bothering with booking things online. The pool is nice but could do with a bit of maintenance, there’s lots of tiles missing & it’s a bit grubby. Food is good but very much the same everyday for lunch & dinner so soon becomes boring. It’s a nice little town to walk around but there’s not much going on, the main clientele when we were there was old Greek ladies. We checked out a day early and drove to Athens & to spend a night there as we found a week to be too long in this quiet hotel. It’s not a patch on the Mitsis blue domes hotel in Kos.

Μια ακόμα φορά στο mitsis galini για διακοπές. 5 ημέρες χαλάρωσης. Είχαμε κλείσει δίκλυνο με θέα θάλασσα και ημιδιατροφή. Πρωινό λουκούλιο. Βρίσκεις ότι επιθυμείς σε αυτο τον μπουφέ. Στο jason bar του ξενοδοχείου πέρα απο φοβερά κοκτέιλ έχει πολύ ωραία σνακ και κυρίως πιάτα τεράστια. Αξίζει το μοσχαρίσιο μπέργκερ, τεράστιο. Η δε καρμπονάρα τους τα σπάει, προσωπικά την προτιμάμε με κρέμα γάλακτος και όχι με αυγό. Το βραδυνό πάλι μπουφέ. Ελληνική και ιταλική κουζίνα. Πίτσες απο τον ξυλόφουρνο, μακαρονάδες , λινκουίνι και πέννες με ότι σάλτσα θες. Τέλος είχε και γλυκά και φρούτα. Από γλυκό δεν ήξερες απο που να αρχίσεις. Από δραστηριότητες αξίζει το σπα. Εσωτερική και εξωτερική ιαματική πισίνα είναι όνειρο. Η δε κύρια πισίνα του ξενοδοχείου τεράστια. Μεγάλο μπράβο σε όλο το προσωπικό, από καμαριέρες, υπηρεσία καθαριότητας, από το προσωπικό στην υποδοχή καθώς επίσης και απο το προσωπικό της κουζίνας και του μπαρ. Περάσαμε τέλεια και αν βρούμε χρόνο θα παμε παλι.
