Everything about the room is very good, except that the front desk phone never gets through and all the calls are recorded. I called all day and no one got through. I couldn't find a place to call them. I arrived at 5 o'clock. I asked them to print out two documents and asked them to get off work. I was given a fight and asked to come at 9 a.m. the next morning. But when 9 o'clock came, I still wasn't given a fight.

Ils prélèvent une 2eme fois le même montant un mois plus tard et le directeur vous dis vous n'allez pas pleurer pour 60€ et quand vous vous énervé il part en courant se cacher derrière ses pauvres employés. Le directeur est vraiment une grosse m.... avec les clients mais aussi avec ses employés.

We stayed for 15 nights in the marina. Very kind and helpful personal at reception with some minor hick ups we ran into ( the bed broke and was fixed the same day while we were out and I stupidly locked myself out on the last day)
Housekeeping did a very thorough job!
The view of the apartment is amazing on both sides: on the balcony the marina with the sun out till 16h, this early in the season and in the front the sea with the beautiful sunset and moon views.
The apartment we stayed in needed a paintjob, but during our stay, they were doing that on the vacant apartments.
There are a lot of restaurants and coffees to go to in the marina itself, as well as a small supermarket.
I know it to be much more vibrant during the season but we really enjoyed the calm and quiet time now, just before the start of the season and in Ramadan.

Hôtel pas mal du tout , doté d'une vue agréable qui donne sur la mer ,personnel sympa , équipe d'animation qui est à l'écoute et qui propose pleins activités tout au long de la journée ( jeux ,musique ,yoga ,aérobic ....) ,un grand merci pour la cheffe d'agence Amira , le chef d'animation Casper et les autres Spirou ,Ficello , Joe ,Djilani ,le DJ Hazem et les filles Kaouther et Maïssa

Un super appartement : vue mer pour cuisine et chambre ; vue marina salon et balcon, très bien placé (commerces, pressing, restaurant a proximité) plage publique ou plage payante avec transat juste en face. Appartement propre (merci Maryam), agréable, sécurisé (merci Amar), franchement superbe, a faire sans hésiter

J'ai eu une jolie chambre tout juste rafraîchie, avec belle vue sur la marina. Bonne literie, tout marchait bien, four, plaques de cuisson, TV, frigo... Personnel bien aimable. Le seul bémol serait l'insonorisation qui laisse à désirer. Mais on est en Tunisie, il faut s'y faire, vivre comme eux, où ne pas oublier les boules quies. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

The Apartments were very nice but the Maintenance and readiness were appalling. These things I noticed when entering the apartment. No sink Plugs in the kitchen or bathroom. Television didn't work, socket in the lounge didn't work. Door to Veranda falling apart. Kitchen draws broken and crooked. Bedroom dressing table stool broken and dangerous. Very nearly all the windows/doors were very badly fitted, making the the whole place very drafty those that I could open anyway. The Kitchen cutlery was of such poor quality that the forks bent when eating anything. I stayed there out of necessity but I would never spend a holiday in one Worst thing was, that I left a kitchen bowl there by mistake. I went back latter that day and asked about it's return and was told that it had been thrown away?? It took 4 visits and 3 days for the Director to arrive and agree that they would replace the bowl.
