Massive hotel with 618 rooms, fresh and sea water pools and its own beach. Stayed here for two nights at the end of a small-group tour of Tunisia. Friendly helpful staff. Large rooms with all mod cons. Huge choice of food at breakfast and (buffet) dinner.

It is very good and very good. It is a clean, minimal hostel, without any claim but very cheap. The furniture may be a little more clean, but it's all right. We stayed two nights. Personnel at the reception. Not accepting credit card.

The hotel itself is a bit tired but the staff really are what makes it. They are attentive and jolly (one member of the bar staff was miserable the whole duration - might be in the wrong profession?!). The food is acceptable. It lacks seasoning and flavour but it does of course need to cater to as many palettes as possible. If you like flavour, take your own condiments (I hesrd the ketchup was rubbish but didn't try it perdonslly). The food is also a bit repetitive largely consisting of grilled meat (beef, turkey, quail) and fish, stewed lamb, chicken and beef, potatoes (mashed, sautéed), chips/fries, grilled vegetables (courgettes, carrots, squash, tomatoes, okra), pasta and pizza, soup. There was also a variety of different salads and bread (which always seemed stale to me). At breakfast there is no bacon! There are omelettes, fried and poached eggs cooked to order. The omelettes were delicious. There was also grilled vegetables, beans (not the baked beans us Brits know and love), grilled frankfurters, pancakes, pastries, fruit, yoghurt and museli, fresh juice and tea and coffees. Our waiter, Salah, was great. He kept us topped up with drinks and made sure we had everything we needed. He was always smiling and welcoming when he saw us head over to the tables and it made us feel like special guests to receive his superb service. The rooms are spacious, but despite requesting a double garden view room we were given a room overlooking the car park and two single beds pushed together. The pillows were not comfortable - a bit too hard and thick for me. Plenty of storage space but very few hangers. A wash and ironing service can be provided at additional cost. Tea and coffee making facilities are available but we didn't make use. The tea wasn't great so take your own teabags. The bathroom is huge, equipped with a bath and shower overhead. the shower was always warm but not high pressured, though did a good enough job for washing my hair and rinsing out sand, shampoo etc. Our bath didn't drain well and took a while so no showers in quick succession. The hairdryer in the bathroom is terrible - I never managed to fully dry my hair with it. Do take your own. There is a vanity table and mirror in the room but I found the lighting at night too dark to do my makeup. the bathroom was better lit. Drinks are ok. Beer is a 3% local and red wine a 13% local drop. The white wine tastes like vinegar so we avoided that after the first glass or two. Cocktails are strong but very sweet. They have Coca Cola and other local soft drinks poured from bottles so can be a little flat. All drinks are served in tiny glasses/paper cups, some people had taken their own (pint) glass out with them and the bar staff did fill them. The entertainment wasn't our cup of tea - karaoke, quiz, live music, drag show. unfortunately it was too chilly to sit outside so we were confined to drinking in the lobby where the entertainment was on, so we were largely subjected to

Wonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously. The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day. The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the remarkable team.

While a bit difficult to find within the medina's winding streets, the hotel is a lovely, hidden gem that both me and my father loved. You're greeted by the lovely owner with two small kittens that are just adorable. Our room was well furnished, air conditioned and had a very clean bathroom. The roof terrace offers a great view of the Sousse skyline and Medina and is perfect at night to enjoy the call to prayers. Breakfast was served in the main court area of the hotel. Very nicely decorated and the breakfast was very traditional. Nothing too heavy, but still filling nonetheless. You know care and love went into making it.

Definitely not a 5* but can’t fault it too much, the hotel was clean, staff were all friendly and welcoming - especially bar/ waiting on staff. Animation team were absolutely brilliant with us the whole time we were there. Always very cheerful and fun doing pool activities and getting involved with the guests. Only 1 problem with the staff was the guy who took our luggage of us, seemingly can’t of give him a good enough tip for then on he was rude towards us spoke to everyone else but not to us even when spoken too. Which was a shame because tips shouldn’t determine how you should treat someone. Bed & pillows were very comfy, the room was a good size plenty of space. We had a view facing the beach which was a nice view especially watching the sunrise in the morning - only problem was the noise at night time was very noisy especially on weekends could do with some better doors to block the noise the out. The handle to our balcony door was broken. Food was good, lots of different choices but was same throughout all week apart from Saturday, got a little sick of eating the same things. Puddings were great. Good location for the hotel, beach right opposite the hotel, lots of shops and restaurants close by within walking distance everyone even in the shops were welcoming and friendly. Pool area was good a nice big pool and big selection of sun lounges ( you have to go early to get a decent sun lounger) chilled music played throughout the day in pool area which was nice and relaxing. Lots of shade for when you get too warm in the sun. Although we didn’t have housekeeping in our room they were more than happy to help when we needed. Very friendly always got a good morning and good afternoon of them.

Very good hotel, reasonable SPA price, 20% discount for hotel guests, special technicians are in place to abide by the law, Ctrip also offers a buffet dinner and breakfast for low room rates, which is really a pleasant surprise! There is also a karaoke PARTY in the hotel lobby at night. In short, this is a perfect accommodation experience!

We’ve just returned from our awesome stay at the Sentido Bellevue Park. Where to start? A lot has happened in Tunisia over the years & I know safely is something a lot of people may Worry about before considering or returning to Tunisia. So please know me and my family felt completely safe and secure while on our holiday. Security at the front gate were excellent and actively kept an eye on who was entering the hotel. The beach entrance was also manned. Both 24 hours a day. My dad was worried before we departures sending me many FCDO links which only affected the far west and south of the country. The amount of security put his mind at rest. I had a friend working in another hotel & their security wouldn’t let me in. My friend had to come see me from the gate. I felt safer in Tunisia in the hotel and outside than I do at home. As there are local police check points around the resort too. The rooms were lovely and cleaned daily. The maids were excellent and actively engaged with us too. Definitely recommend paying alittle extra for the sea view too. Our rooms had tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge. The shower was awesome and very high in pressure. All of the staff were amazing. Very happy to help and would do everything to make our holiday one to remember and as easy as possible. Zeid in the main restaurant was so much fun and made us laugh daily. Mohammed down by the pool bar was amazing. Keeping us well and truely feeling like vips and making us laugh. Mimo on the animation team was so much fun during the activities we took part in. It was also really nice to see that even though he was a talented dancer you could see just by watching him that it just wasn’t talent he had so much passion and confidence in what he was doing. You could tell he really enjoyed what he was doing. An amazing entertainer. The food in the hotel was really lovely. There was plenty of variety. I even saw frequently chicken nuggets, turkey shapes, mashed potato and French fries. I only mention this as I have young children who are extremely fussy so it was really nice to know that this particular hotel would’ve catered for their needs as well. We enjoyed the variety of foods offered and also definitely recommend the hotels à la carte restaurant. All of the animation team were really good fun and offered a variety of activities during the day. Such as water aerobics, water polo, darts, archery, volleyball. The evening entertainment was also a really good variety some shows brought in from outside and we even had karaoke and a pool party. Not forgetting the animation team also organised a beach foam party during the day. Sue, Mimo and Sonic where are absolute favourites thank you for making our holiday even more fun.
