Sehr sauberes großes Zimmer, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Großes Bad, sehr ruhige Lage, top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Parkplätze am Haus verfügbar. WLAN sehr schnell, Kaffee und Kaltgetränke verfügbar. Gute Verkehrsanbindung, sowohl öffentlicher Nahverkehr als auch Anbindung an die Autobahn. Trotzdem angenehm ruhig.

Das Hotel bietet warm Getränke kostenlos und kalte Getränke zum Selbstkostenpreis, das hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist optimal für die Nutzung öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel und auch sehr viele Parkmöglichkeiten. 5 Minuten bis zur Autobahn. Der Familien geführte Betrieb ist top sauber, alles Notwendige ist vorhanden, sehr gutes Internet und sehr freundliches Personal.

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen in einer Sackgasse. Es befindet sich im Stadtteil Odenkirchen, 5 Autominuten von Rheydt und weitere 5 Minuten vom zentrum Mönchengladbachs entfernt. Der Empfang an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich. Nach der Übergabe des Zimmerschlüssels wurde ich zu Haus 2 begleitet und es wurde die Handhabung des Zugangs zum Hotelparkplatz erläutert. Der großzügige Parkplatz befindet sich hinter einem Rolltor, das mittels Fernbedienung geöffnet und geschlossen wird. Das Zimmer in der 2. Etage war sehr ruhig, nach hinten zur Parkplatzseite gelegen. Da es keinen Aufzug gibt, sollten sich Gäste mit Gehbehinderung um ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss bemühen. Das Doppelzimmer (zur Einzelnutzung) war geräumig. Die 3 Fenster können mit Rolläder alsolut verdunkelt werden. Es gibt eine Garderobe mit Bügeln, allerdings keinen Kleiderschrank. Für eine Kurzreise kein Problem. Zur Verfügung steht auch ein Kühlschrank, eine Mikrowelle und eine Kaffeemaschine (Senseo) mit Kaffeepads, Zucker, Milch zur Selbstbedienung. Das ist ein angenehmer Service, um sich ggf. selbst zu versorgen. Ein Restaurant ist nicht an das Hotel angeschlossen. Allerdings wird Frühstück auf Wunsch angeboten. Ein großes TV-Gerät mit einer großen Anzahl von TV-Sendern steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Das Bad ist sehr geräumig mit einer großen, komfortablen Dusche. Ich habe mich im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt und alles vorgefunden, was mir wichtig ist. Deshalb empfehle ich das HOTEL KAISER sehr gern weiter für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Mönchengladbach!

The staff were so helpful to me as the no14 bus does not run at weekends. Hotel is small but very clean.i did not take breakfast as i was away early each morning. Room had everything you need fridge tea coffee hairdryer etc. Could not fault anything. Had great sleeps as the area was quiet. Only thing was i would rather sleep on a cotton sheet than a nylon one, but it was perfectly clean.

Great 1 night stay in Hotel Kaiser. Business trip, great price, spotlessly clean, modern room, tea making facilities and a microwave and fridge in communal location. Peter, the owner, very friendly and attentive.
