Stay that I have to put in mediocre. The room is very good and the spa too. Otherwise the catering is not great and the exchange with the reception is detestable. I made a mistake in the date of my reservation (one week difference) and the hotel messed me around via the intermediary, by email and directly on site so as not to reimburse me. I have the impression of having been taken for a fool and even certain. Even if my reservation was not cancellable, being there a week before with a new reservation, having paid for a spa session and eaten at the restaurant, I would have expected a little more sales and at least not been taken for a fool by being messed around at the reception (Does not speak French and no longer understood my English...). Result, I lost 150€ and they a customer since I was supposed to come back for a week at the beginning of the year.
