My family and I stayed here for 2 nights to cap off our March Break. We were not disappointed! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in process didn’t take very long. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Love how the kitchenette is roomy and stocked well with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, etc. My only complaint about the room is how they have designed it so that the bathroom sink is not actually in the bathroom. Also, the in-room coffee needs improvement. Would love to see a keurig. The pool was fantastic and clean. Aside from the oblivious parents who stare at their phones while their pre-teen boys splash infants and other guests in the pool without being considerate. That happens at any hotel. We visited the pool 3 times and only once were the towels unavailable but just bring your own beach towels and problem solved! Breakfast staff were very friendly and attentive and were quick to replace food as buffet items ran low. They were also very quick to clean tables as guests left the restaurant. The food was good and had all the typical breakfast items you’d expect to see. Coffee, again, left much to be desired. I’d recommend bringing in Starbucks or another similar brand or at least selling it in the market for those who might want to brew it in room. Parking lot is small and cramped and fills up quickly early evening, too bad the hotel couldn’t make use of the adjacent business parking lot for overflow. Overall, we had a 5 star experience and will definitely visit again!

Stayed one night while travelling. Close to restos and shops. The room was simple but clean and comfortable. Given the season and general price of hotels this was a nice find at this price point.

Amazing hotel. Probably on the most comfortable, well managed hotel I've stayed out. I travel > 150,000 miles/year and this hotel standSsout. The rooms are intelligently designed (useful). The entire hotel is comfortable with lots of open space. Our room (Junior suite # 213) was a very useful design. Great and large shower. Staff is also very friendly. Hotel is located in the center of town with most restaurants within a short walk. Really can't say enough about this hotel. Not sure how it is only rated # 16 for Moncton.

We came to watch the hockey game so the hotel being right across the street from the arena was a big selling feature. There is a $12/day parking fee but you can come and go so it’s not too bad. Check-in was quick and the staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The room was bright and clean and the beds and pillows were comfy. The guide on the TV didn’t work so it made something to watch difficult but not a deal breaker. Pool and hot tub were nice but I wish the hot tub was a little hotter than it was. Check-out was speedy and the desk agent very friendly. I would highly recommend and I would stay here again!

The hotel is very close to the highway, and the breakfast provided during special periods includes meat, eggs, bread, desserts, yogurt, etc., which is not easy. It is understandable that housing prices are not cleaned up every day during the special period. The swimming pool is not big; eating and shopping around are very convenient and highly recommended.

Positives: - Check in staff, Madison, had positive attitude. Listened to issues found in the room, tried to offer two options but none of them I could use. - Responsive and made efforts to resolve issues Negatives: - Found hairs on the back of the hotel room door entry next to the wall, hairs found on the bed, and several in the bathroom in the first room they assigned me. - Poor hand-off and follow through when changing shifts between employees: Madison left and did not inform the next shift employee about the uncleaning issues in my room, left me waiting for more than 30 minutes. A new staff took over and I had to re-explain the situation again. Madison did not let me know that she would soon get off her shift and a new staff would take over. They moved me to Room 440 which is much cleaner. - The check-out process was long, the staff, Shannon said the printer couldn't print. The manager, Kamar, was standing looking over Shannon's shoulder and said he would take over to check me out. He asked me to go into his ”dark” office, and I said I preferred to wait in the lobby where it's bright and no need for me to go into his office, I sensed something was off. I went to get tea in the nearby tea table where hot water and coffee were located. Then, the next thing he did was acting inappropriately by walking very close to me to ask me a question, when Shannon stepped away, saying, ”Did you book through Expedia? My lady?” When Shannon returned, I told her that her manager, Kamar, said something inappropriate, and looked straight into Kamar's eyes telling him, ”I am not your lady. Stop that. I am your guest, the guest of Four Points by Sheraton.” This could constitute a sexual harassment in work setting. The facility is in good and acceptable condition. Cleanliness needs improvement as cleanliness varies from one room to another. The staff's service was fine, but manager, Kamar's behavior is concerning, inappropriate, and needs to be addressed. This hotel would have the chance to earn a 4 out of 5 or even 5 out of 5 if they were able to: 1) provide a clean, hairless, grease-free, watermark-free, food crumb-free rooms on all surfaces from the beginning. 2) Kamar acts and speaks professionally and appropriately 3) Better handoff between shifts. Kamar is the biggest factor that this property got a 2 star out of 5-star rating. Moncton in New Brunswick is the closest bigger city to Prince Edward Island, which offers better lodging accommodation. If you don't mind driving 1.5 to 2 hours daily (one way), this can be a good lodging location for those who plan to visit Prince Edward Island. Going into Prince Edward Island is free, but when you leave and cross the bridge again, it's $50 CAD, so do pencil that in when making your lodging decisions. For the same price, you get better and nicer hotels in Moncton than that of Charlottetown in Prince Edward Island.

The location of the hotel is just off the highway, clean and tidy! Quietly surrounded, it is a similar motel opened by Koreans! Breakfast for adults and children is free, although there is nothing special. But the breakfast at the Canadian hotel is basically the same, it is already ok! Parking is free, there is a large open-air swimming pool in the yard, just don't have time to visit! Stayed for two days and cleaned it! Recommended!

GGuest UserThe first time I lived in Hyatt, I was very impressed, very clean, the staff was professional and enthusiastic, and hot water, coffee and tea were supplied 24 hours a day, which solved the big problem of hot water, and there was Starbucks downstairs. Personal preference reasons, I don't like to roll the quilt with a layer of sheets, but most hotels abroad are like this
RRoaming DogHotel is right off the highway and the area has several hotels nearby. It is one of the newer hotels in the area. The room had a fridge, coffee maker and a microwave so you can make yourself a little snack. Pillows were comfy as was the bed. I had a late check-in and was driving all day so was hoping to sleep in a little later than usual. But at 9:30am the cleaners started with their vacuuming in the hallway and it was loud. Really don’t understand why you need to start so early. Other than the noise everything else was perfect. Hopefully this is a one off and not done on a regular basis.
It's like a one bedroom apartment. Clean. Good value for what your getting. Check in was smooth, no surprises. Complimentary water, tea, coffee and bathrobe. Full kitchen. Bed was a little to firm for me. I thought I took pic of bedroom but looks like I didn't :) We would use a Bower again. It was a good first experience.
GGuest UserWe recently spent three nights at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Moncton. The hotel is very close to the highway and easy to get to. Our room was spacious and comfortable; however it needed a bit of maintenance (hem was hanging down on curtain, one chair had crusty stains on it and we didn't want to sit on it, one lamp wasn't working). Also, our room on the second floor looked out on the portico so we couldn't see anything out the window except cement. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful.
GGuest UserThis is our go-to hotel in the Moncton area. Kids love it. The only reason I’m giving it 4 star this time is because they have Rogers cable and the cable was down for quite a long time. Hard with teens. Rogers is notorious for outages (at least in Atlantic Canada), and no hotel should rely on them exclusively for service. That being said, the staff and lodgings were wonderful. Special should out to the lady looking after the breakfast. We were there March 11 / 12, 2023. She was an absolute delight. Food was always hot and stocked, and she has great knowledge of the local area. She kept us and the kids well looked after during our times in the dining area. A true asset. Rooms were clean and made up each day. Poor area was busy as it was March Break, but kept clean and towels were stocked. Appreciate the management and employees of this hotel so much. Keep up the great work! We will be back again!!
Stay away! I don’t write reviews often but I had to write one for this hotel. We stayed one night in a king room #416. The room was huge but very dark and dingy. The furniture has seen better days and the dump is the best place for it. The chairs in the room have no cushion left in the seats and they are faded and dirty. The carpet on the floors need replacing perhaps a good cleaning would help. There were red stains on the floor which we hoped were juice or wine but who knows. The bathroom was also very huge the tiles need a deep cleaning the corners have permanent dirt in them. Their shower is more of a mist it’s warm but definitely not hot. There is a huge gross stain in the shower along with cracked tiles. The walls had tape and stains on them from previous guest . We would have left but all the hotels in the area were full. I asked to speak to the manager in the morning but apparently he was much too busy. I did tell the staff I was going to write this review they seemed happy we were told they have heard this complaint many times and maybe management would listen if more people wrote reviews. Oh and we paid over 250$ for the night on this whole.
I stayed at the Quality Inn in Moncton twice in a single week. This hotel was very affordable, and it was quiet. There was plenty of parking outside of this hotel. This hotel had three (3) stories, and it had an elevator. Highway-2, Magnetic Hill, Downtown Moncton, and the ****** were all very close to this hotel. There was free wifi herein. There was a restaurant on these premises, but I did not eat there. This hotel also sold basic snacks, but I did not purchase any of them. I enjoyed my usages of the pool and of the hot tub. The hot tub was rather small, and the pool was somewhat chilly, but I got used to them pretty quickly. I needed to get a towel and a separate key at the front desk in order to use the pool and the hot tub. I did sometimes have problems with my room key due its occasional failures to correctly operate. There was also a gym with a weight machine, a treadmill, and a bicycle. This hotel’s breakfast was fantastic. I really enjoyed the scrambled eggs, the potatoes, the waffles, the toasts, the muffins, the English muffins, the apples, the juices, and the water. The staff members who worked at this hotel were friendly and very accommodating. My room had a desk, some chairs, a television, and a comfortable bed. There was also plenty of hot water when I took my showers. My rooms had air-conditioning and heat. The only criticism that I could state was that I would have liked to have had daily room service.
DD LMotel6 is the WORST place for anyone to stay in. PLEASE DO NOT STAY THERE unless you want to wake up with bed bug bites, spiders crawling out of bathtub drain, filthy black floors and paper stuck to ceiling with. I took photos and videos, went to front desk and notified him I wouldn't be staying. I then showed him emails and sent the videos to the motel at his request. He said they would refund me immediately. I contacted ******* (who I booked through) and Motel6 told ******* they refuse to refund. So ... I'm filing a chargeback if they don't change course by the end of day Wednesday. With the video evidence I have, I'm 110% certain they won't keep my money. I work for my money and I expect proper service.
HHAIYINGThe location is very good, it is convenient to walk out, there are many places to eat, and the bed is very comfortable. Free parking is available. The room is very hygienic, if you eat it yourself is also very convenient, there are microwave ovens, refrigerators, etc.
SSam YauThe room you app suggested is not worst. Luckily, friendly staff help us to change. The service is good. The area is a bit far from city center.
