Domìa Boutique Hotel e Cucina

We have just returned from the most wonderful stay at Domia. If I could rate the staff and service 10 stars on here I would. After a stressful flight we received the warmest welcome I think I have ever received at any hotel. We did not have to ask for absolutely anything during out stay here because everything was covered and thought about from the staff. It felt less like a hotel and more like a stay with family. The care for their guest is something else. The food here is AMAZING! All ingredients are sourced locally, everything is so fresh. You can really see and feel the care and heart that has gone on in to every single meal. Located just a stones throw away from Mondello beach, you are handed a key for easy access to the beach from the foot path. And taxi in to Palermo is around 20mins so the perfect stay for the best of both. I would highly recommend this hotel!

There are truly not enough words for how amazing this stay was. I honestly can’t say I have ever been treated better than my stay at Domìa. Each and every one of the staff members were warm and welcoming. Truly each one was kind and friendly above and beyond their jobs. The food was truly a transformative awakening. I was worried with my wife’s food restrictions that the food would be scarce but the chef staff a Domìa had EVERYTHING prepared for any type of allergy I could honestly think of. We were blessed with fine dining without the hassles of regular restaurant dietary restrictions awkwardness. The rooms were beautiful and cleaned by what I can only assume were trained ninjas. We would step out for 30 minutes and our room would be cleaned, ironed, and restocked. We were so blown away I personally wrote a letter to the staff about how special they made this stay. I can’t recommend this enough. Domìa is my new second home.

I could write an endless list of reasons to recommend this beautiful hotel, but simply put it is just an absolutely fabulous place to stay. Lovely, kind and welcoming staff, great room, lovely pool and relaxation area and amazing food & service. Truly 5 star. Thanks to Angela, Floriana, Jussi, Valentina and all in the kitchen and house team for a truly wonderful and memorable holiday. Grazie mille. Take me back to Domia!

We have returned home from the most beautiful 6 days at the wonderful Domia Boutique Hotel. This wonderful Hotel delivers on every level firstly from our luxury collection at the airport with a private transfer organised by the Hotel. To arriving 20 minutes later to what can only be described as visiting family at an exclusive Villa. The staff are extremely welcoming in every area of the Hotel and go beyond in welcoming you and helping in every possible way. There is a lovely restaurant at the Hotel with absolute Michelin star food served by the wonderful Chef Florene it just has to be experienced. There is not one thing in which the lovely owner Angela and her fabulous staff have not thought of. The rooms are so comfortable and spotless with luxury toiletries bathrobes slippers supplied. The Hotel has a real sense of peacefulness throughout but it’s real quality is it’s extremely professional caring staff from the front desk of Valentina Gabriel Guseppi who helped with so many requests before and when we arrived to it’s knowledgeable professional restaurant staff of Constanza Catriona Jessie Jason Franseco who took such great care of us throughout our stay.
