Wij verbleven in Felicin - Palazo Boeri Panoramic suites. Dat ligt op 300 meter afstand hoger in het dorp . Erg mooi gebouw met super relaxte kamers. Zwembad is ook leuk en verademing bin de zomerse hitte. Bijbehorende restaurant voor ontbijt en diner is zeer goed. Wij hebben genoten

Un pur bonheur que de passer quelques heures dans ce restaurant. La terrasse est juste magnifique pour un verre en fin de journée et voir le coucher de soleil sur les montagnes. Le personnel est très accueillant, le menu était juste incroyable!!! 2ème fois que je venais et toujours aussi succulent! un grand BRAVO au chef ainsi qu'à tous le personnel pour rendre ce moment magique! Merci !!!

E' un bellissimo albergo, noi abbiamo soggiornato nel palazzo signorile che domina il centro storico ma la struttura centrale è a poche centinaia di metri. La colazione è a dir poco sontuosa ed al momento del conto, ogni coppia ha ricevuto un regalo graditissimo. Grazie

This was my fourth time at the hotel. Always a very friendly owner and staff. The breakfast is excellent. The hotel is very good located in Piemonte for visiting several vineyards. A wonderful view from the hotels different parts

Con mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato due notti. Il soggiorno non è iniziato nei migliori dei modi, la camera prenotata presso la “Dimora storica” era “inutilizzabile” e siamo stati trasferiti presso “Palazzo Boerio”, a 300 metri dal ristorante, nel quale è servita la colazione e nel quale abbiamo cenato (ottima cena di qualità) la prima sera. Palazzo Boerio durante questo periodo è privo di qualsiasi servizio (bar chiuso…), un vero e proprio “deserto”; alcuni mesi prima avevamo riservato una junior suite presso la “Dimora storica”, dove troviamo il ristorante e il bar (aperto), poco importa se ci è stata messa a disposizione una suite allo stesso prezzo, non è quanto avevamo richiesto. Per quanto concerne la pulizia, abbiamo riscontrato muffa nelle fughe della doccia e lo scarico della doccia stessa era parzialmente otturato. Il posto è molto bello, purtroppo in riferimento a quanto summenzionato il soggiorno non ci ha soddisfatti pienamente. Peccato,,

It has been more than 20 years since I last stayed at Giardino da Felicin. I was there a few times back in the 90s. In terms of the quality of the food, service and rooms it has only gotten better. I got to know Giorgio back then and now it is run by his son Nino. There is the same attention to detail that results in a great and wonderful experience. Alba and the surrounding small towns are the center of what I consider the best overall combination of food and wine in the world. The restaurant and wine list measure up to that level in all aspects. And when it is run by a staff that is client focused as well as accommodating that makes it only more enjoyable. As a side note the breakfast experience is also top notch with a wide selection of both sweet and savory. Finally if one is going to Alba and the surrounding area, one might as well go in October during white truffle season. World-class all the way.

Romantic old hotel with lovely views across Barolo vineyards from a private balcony. Located in central Monfort D'Alba. Furniture is old fashioned, room very spacious but bed was super comfortable and bathroom well equipped with branded shampoo, body wash and soap. Despite other comments here on TA, there were no intrusive sounds at night, just peace. The breakfast I can honestly say is the best I've had in Italy with homemade breads, regional cheese, fresh fruits, eggs etc. Front of house staff are friendly and helpful. Sadly, the restaurant at night does not meet the standards of the rest of the hotel. For those travelling with business in mind or no roaming, the Wifi is absolutely terrible and not fit for purpose so great if you want an 'off grid' experience.

When you are staying at this beatiful albergo you must have your dinner here. Otherwise you will be missing the excellent kitchen. We decided to have the chefs choice-menue. I strongly recommend this choice.

Felicin was fabulous as always! We have come there since more than 20 years and we always long to go back! The location is in itself vintage Italy at its best. The Felicin is cosy, personal, beautiful and special. The family feeling you get there is wonderful. Some ARE the family and others are "just" part of the family and make you feel part of their family. The food is excellent. The breakfast too. The wine cellar is of high quality and the pairing of wines to our taste and preferences were right on the money. We are five friends and we have already booked our next visit. Unfortunately it is only in two years. We all hope we can go earlier as well.
