Miramare

Positiv :Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt direkt in der Altstadt mit tollem Blick auf den Stadt-Strand. Logischerweise entsprechender Strassenlärm, d.h. Oropax sollte man dabei haben. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war etwas extravagant mit rundem Bett und Whirlpoolwanne. Ich hätte allerdings eine ordentliche Dusche bevorzugt und ein normales Bett. Die Betreuung durch das Personal war hervorragend. Am Anreise Tag hat man auch um 22:30 noch auf uns gewartet und Wünsche nach Restaurantempfehlungen, weiterer Bettdecke wurden sofort erledigt. Echt klasse. Negativ :Sehr steile Treppen im Haus erfordert schon etwas körperliche Fitness insbesondere beim Hochtragen von Koffern. Parkmöglichkeiten sind katastrophal und teuer. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer zeigte nahezu keine Wirkung. Die in der Beschreibung beschriebene Dachterrasse war nicht nutzbar, da nicht gereinigt und auch der Whirlpool dort war nicht hergerichtet. Preise sind für den gebotenen Ausstattungsstandard zu hoch. Fazit : Nicht empfehlenswert !!!

We left almost suddenly and booked at the last minute, messing around on the web. The most serious mistake was to trust a travel site and not read the reviews. We spent 230 euros for a room with an excellent location, on a beach that wasn't spectacular because it was too small but still nice, and a few hundred meters from other beaches, but otherwise in our opinion it wasn't worth the money. It was a kind of cave, in an ancient building... and well that's subjective, maybe we weren't crazy about it... but there are objective objections that need to be made. First of all, the temperature of the tub in the room was too low, the room was not very clean, we even found the transparent cap of a razor blade in the shower... the cleaning must have been done quickly because we said we would arrive in the early afternoon and we arrived at 2.30pm since it was raining (check in anyway is from 1pm so I don't understand the problem where it was) warning them 40 minutes before... the hydromassage tub on the terrace was very dirty and old (the water in the tub in the room was also quite dirty)... but the thing the most terrible thing is that the temperature in the room was FREEZING!!! We slept with clothes and bathrobes because there isn't even a blanket in the room, except a dirty bedspread... and the problem is that the air was centralized... However, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was quite satisfactory... even if it was made in that cave it was definitely leaking... but they also charged for the pods from the machine placed in the room... it's a room that should be worth 80/100 euros less... we certainly won't return
