A GEM in Palermo!!!! Safe gated parking… Wonderful menu at the restaurant on site and the staff could not have been more helpful. In fact, we met the owner who was welcoming and extremely gracious. Compared to the hotels in Palermo Center, this is truly the best option outside of the center. WE WILL RETURN.

The hotel is big and the outdoor is great. That’s the only good thing about it. It’s in the middle of nowhere so you need to get a taxi to go anywhere. When we stayed there was about 4 staff on, the bar man was the pool man and because there was no guests they turned the pool on when we went to it. The breakfast was very poor not a lot to choose from and at 10am nothing left. The waiter turned the toaster on as I went to it with the only 2 slices of bread that were left and even though I put them through twice it only warmed them. On the first day I ask if they could get the safe in my room to work and I asked every day it was still not working when we left. The TV in the room had a few channels but because there was no WI-FI in the room there was no tv connection to any service. There was no information about the hotel or the surrounding area in the room or in the hotel.It was like staying in an abandoned hotel!

Si cet hôtel a 5 étoiles, moi je suis le reine d'Angleterre !! Hôtel fantôme, les chambres petites, et sale Très bruyant, le personnel claque les portes dès le petit matin! Aucune insonorisation L'équipement de la chambre est désuet et presque inexistant ! Les draps trop petits pour le lit !!! Et en plus ils oublient de faire le ménage dans les chambres Du grand n'importe quoi Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel.

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo straordinario resort, caratterizzato da una piscina che sembra provenire direttamente da un film. Il servizio è stato eccellente, grazie alla professionalità e alla disponibilità del personale, in particolare di Luigi e Giorgio, che si sono dimostrati sempre all'altezza delle aspettative. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare la prossima estate per vivere nuovamente questa meravigliosa esperienza!

Hotel resort di lusso,qualche piccola pecca nella manutenzione ma nel complesso è un ottima struttura . Dentro ,la struttura è completamente ristrutturata e pulita. Fuori dispone di varie piscine ,di cui una cascata super affascinante ,anche lì bisogna una dettagliata pulizia e manutenzione .

Le piscine, la palestra e il personale bravissimi gli impiegati zona piscina)sono gli aspetti più interessanti per risiedere qualche giorno in questo albergo. Le stanze e la colazione arrivano a stento alla sufficienza. Nello specifico, le stanze andrebbero svecchiate e la colazione rivista totalmente per qualità e quantità.

Expérience catastrophique dans cet hôtel qui sent la faillite .. peu de personnel, un service déplorable malgré la bonne volonté du personnel paraissant désabusé, des installations dégradées, loin de tout, pas de bus (ou alors il faut en prendre 3 pour se rendre au centre ville), les taxis vous prendront entre 30 et 40€ pour le trajet de 6km reliant le centre… je ne comprends pas que des sites comme Booking le commercialise encore … à fuir absolument !!
