Molto bello e invitante stanze veramente eccellenti le suite uniche nel suo genere posso solo dire che alcune recensioni sono scritte da persone che non sono mai state presenti in loco eccellente il coso il personale e le piscine uniche in tutta la Sicilia cascate meravigliose Consiglio di venire alcuni parlano sicuramente perché non sono mai stati in hotel

This is quite an elaborate scam to get your passport and credit card details. Do not make reservation at this hotel. You most likely will have been sent there by another hotel employee who was in on it. It’s a family run enterprise right down to the police officer who wears the tired complainant out.

Room was nice big and comfortable.
Balcony has no outdoor seating
Pools are nice, new one is still unfinished, no service around the pool, have to chase staff for towels and drinks.
No food between certain hours, bar is open but again nobody around to serve you.
Language barrier is huge issue.
Food was poor
First night there was a wedding felt like the DJ was in bed with me, 2nd night there was a table reservation under our balcony, both nights was very loud.
Window seals in restaurant are dusty with dead flies, parts of the garden is well maintained other parts are overgrown.
Would be the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. Would not recommend, it’s approx only 5kms from the city centre but it’s hard to get to, windy, small roads lots of traffic.

Do not book. This hotel does not align with the photos - it is very cheap materials and construction. My husband was locked in the bathroom for almost an hour, the elevator broke, and the front door to our room wouldn’t close. We stayed only one night of the 5 we booked and they told us that these issues with the space were our fault and refuse to refund our cancelled nights. Just don’t even book it

The room was not as photographed and while perfectly ok, was nowhere near as good as was advertised. However, the air conditioning was terrible and totally incapable of cooling the room. We raised various concerns about it and it was clear that the hotel knew there was a problem, but did nothing about it. Also, we had to keep asking for basic things, like towels, which were removed by the cleaners and not replaced. There was no soap provided. No ironing board was available - basic things that a hotel would normally have. The whole place felt like there was something very wrong and I wouldn't be surprised to see the hotel fail in the near future. The cost of the room was massively overpriced overall and the air conditioning was a real issue, given how hot it was during our stay.
