It was a very good stay from the beginning. Customer service was amazing. Breakfast was pretty good. The room was very comfortable and clean. I normally stay at Hilton hotels but this hotel was really nice I'll have to possibly branch out from hilton.

Check in was ok. Got to our room there was somebody else's food in our refrigerator. The front desk did not seem to think that that was an issue. There were stains on the floor from the previous desk as well as coffee, stains on the counter in the bathroom that had not been cleaned up either. We also called the facility the day before to find out if the pool is open and we were told it was not. when I arrived to the check-in counter it was obvious that the pool was open. The girl at the front desk said it was a miscommunication with *******. However, I called the hotel directly and was told that the pool is not open.

Room was clean and the rest of the hotel was also. The breakfast was great with a great variety of food. Will stay again when I am in the area.

Every thing was great except for the road noise it was crazy loud up till about 12. And then we had some person above us who did not care that there was people below him. It sounded like he was going to come through the ceiling.

We like to stay because it is so close to shopping. It was clean and I liked the supply of body wash, shampoo, conditioner in the shower. It was quite loud outside our room- I kept hearing doors opening and closing for many hours even in the middle of the night. The bed was a bit too hard for my liking. overall, I was happy with my stay.
