OMG! So this used to be our favorite hotel when we frequented often prior to covid whenever we were in town. The last time we visited was 2021 for a family funeral. Since then it’s completely outdated. I’m going to start with the cons: Cons: Outdated‼️ A/C out in the lobby and hallways, no luggage carts seen, door sensor to hallway not working, hallways dark, old dingy carpet, loud pool noises that can be heard inside your room. Our room was dirty like the sheets, floors everything. I’m totally disgusted by it and plan to email corporate. We didn’t notice it until late last night since we checked in and headed out to the fireworks show. Pros: Close proximity to interstate and eateries. Free parking, comfortable beds, kitchenettes toiletries provided I won’t be staying here again until the hotel is renovated and up to date with a fresh look.

This hotel has a good location near the Pecanland Mall, multiple highways, and the airport. It is currently being renovated and in my room the carpet will benefit from updating (some stains). There is a large lobby area, a sufficient small gym, and a tiny grocery selection. The rooms are in a separate building. There is a nice outdoor firepit area but the pool area was locked up during my weeklong stay. I was told there would be room service every three days when I checked in but there was none (including no garbage pick up) the entire week I was there. The parking area is a bit tight. The hotel gets much busier on the weekends but during the week it is quiet with a few business travelers.

Outward appearance, this hotel looks like any other Residence Inn, inside is a different story. The hotel is under construction and although it isn’t horrible, I probably would have booked elsewhere. I’ve traveled for years and never have I arrived to a hotel room with the door ajar. Like there is no regard for safety or security. The room did appear to be cleaned until I arrived to the bathroom. There as two used towel left from someone else.

Staff members are EXTREMELY polite and accommodating to needs. The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel is near a mall and a few decent restaurants. I give this a three for three reasons: My TV didn’t work, my toilet got stopped up, and the noise from the local train is disruptive during the day and night. The noise from the train is the only reason I won’t return to this hotel. The other items were easily fixable and probably not standard.

Booked the room 4 weeks in advance. Upon arrival, was told I'd be staying in a handicap room, as it was only room left with king bed. Exterior of building appeared run down, landscaping was way overdue for upkeep. My room had a dimly lit bathroom, sticky bathroom floor, dirty drains and ceiling stains. Living area had a ripped sofa, dents in the refrigerator, dirty stovetop and dirty microwave. Blood stains on the door next to the interior door handle. HVAC closet vent panel louvres were rusty and moldy. Needless to say, I won't be back.

This hotel is showing its age a bit…clean, well-designed rooms but really needs some maintenance. We had to put a towel bar back in place & that was easy but the real problem was that only 1 of the 2 of us was able to shower. The walk-in in shower was about to overflow and then would not drain. However, the breakfast was great and the hostess, Judy, was a bright spot! She put a smile back on our faces.

I have stayed in many, many hotels, but this is the worst. It is dirty, sofa split, carpet has NEVER BEEN CLEANED. Trash outside the elevator. Trash full outside reception. DO NOT STAY HERE - too many options in the area. I only stayed here as it was comped by a friend. WILL NOT STAY HERE EVERY AGAIN.
