If they would provide room service or more food options thru out the day it would be great. Also would be great if someone would help you with your luggage when you have to climb stairs to get to your room. everything else was great! beautiful location! Stunning views!

The staff was very friendly, the restaurant served good food, the menu items suggested by the staff were delicious. Our room was clean and spacious. The rooms are spread out over multiple buildings. The scenery in the background was beautiful and I took advantage of the hiking trails in the area

I just returned from a girls weekend away at Allenberry. This truly is a special place. We enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Creek House. We attended a play and dined at the Barn restaurant which was delicious! I have visited Allenberry before but this was my first time experiencing the wellness center. The restorative therapies were incredible. Gabby and Maddy were so helpful and kind. They did a great job explaining the different therapies and their benefits. They helped guide us individually to treatments that fit our needs. After our appointments, we were encouraged to rest in the relaxation room. The staff ordered us food from the barn restaurant and it was a perfect way to end our time there. If you stay at Allenberry, be sure to visit the wellness center! There is certainly something there for everyone. Thanks to Katie and Greg for making our stay such a memorable one.

This property is just lovely and beautiful. It is so serene and provides a real place to relax and enjoy some quality time with friends! We went for a girls weekend away and stayed at the beautifully renovated Creek House! The new spa is clean and so inviting! The staff is very knowledgeable and provided us with everything we needed. My massage was amazing and my masseuse provided me with the relaxation I needed! There is a also a dry sauna with salt therapy that provided me with the perfect post massage treatment. There are so many treatment options it was hard to pick one but if you need some restorative therapy this is the place for you! The Cold plunge and red light therapy are amazing and gave us the extra boost we needed to relax! Dinner was amazing! The staff was so attentive and the grounds were simply beautiful!

Mickey mouse operation. Staff refused to pay for a suite instead of a room... claimed they did not know how to process the change. Refused admittance to restaurant at dinner without a reservation although the restaurant was largely empty. Briskly told "we don't do breakfast " the next morning. No coffee in room. Loud banging in the hallways. Loud generator or other machinery noise throughout the night. At checkout, staff were unable to operate the receipt printer. The property exudes a cold, plastic unwelcoming aura
