Due to the storm "Zoltan", my ICE train was stranded in Montabaur late in the evening and I urgently needed accommodation for the night. With just 30 minutes' notice, I booked the Hotel Löwenguth, walked from the station to the hotel and received an extremely friendly and courteous welcome. Despite the late hour, I was served a cold beer with a warm smile. The single room was reasonably priced, clean and comfortable. The next morning, the hotel served a great breakfast with egg dishes according to individual wishes. At check-out, the friendly owner even ordered me a cab, which was there within a few minutes. A positive surprise in every respect and therefore highly recommended.
