For a 5* hotel, it needs improvement. It is not enough to have the Name and the classification. Small details that make all the difference. I don't know if the time is bad, but covid and crisis can't be an excuse for everything. And considering the price should have better service! Besides that there were few guests, so the dedication could be different. Good rooms, although somewhat damaged, double bed with 2 single mattresses, which could be more secure and adherent, in addition to the mattress protection, not comfortable, we know that there are more comfortable protections. Great light insulation, sound not really. Great shower! Nespresso machine in the room. PA very good, but for a 5* it should be great, eg boiled eggs and cheeses, already dried out.
