Very nice hotel I got stressed with a neighbor playing music too loud but concierge took care of it.(at night but they started back in the morning😂.) service was nice. Had everything I asked for.

The service is enthusiastic and you can feel the appropriate service wherever you go. The room type is great and the view is great. The Michelin-starred Grill restaurant on the top floor and Cafe de Paris opposite are both worth recommending.

The room was very nice and clean, the location was excellent, the front desk staff was patient and considerate, and they were very strong in enforcing the guests' requirements. The hotel front desk also helped to book a Michelin restaurant that day, which was very nice.

The hotel is very good, the service attitude is very good, and it deserves its name. The Louis 15 restaurant in the hotel did not make an appointment, and the concierge department also arranged an alternative Michelin restaurant. The hotel is magnificent, the staff at the top (special mention for Alexis who really pampered us, a big thank you to him)

I remember the Hotel de Paris before the renovation, when it seemed smaller and the staff seemed a little happier to see you. It was magical, at least in my memory. Now it's all-new and seems to have lost the nearly boutique feel it once had. I asked the concierge where I could buy a stamp, for instance, and you think I'd asked them to donate a kidney. The bell staff was polite and friendly, as was the staff at check-in. The rooms are a little more like other hotels now, nice but not as distinct as they once were. One time I had a view of the harbor and I'd look out in the middle of the night just to make sure I really was staying in this fairytale principality. But Monte Carlo has also changed, so maybe it's a sign of the times. Everything's crowded now and everyone wants their social media post to go viral or wherever it is social media posts go nowadays, so there are crowds of tourists and photographers waiting outside the hotel shooting pictures all day and most of the night.

The hotel is very nice but at the same time large - so sadly I cannot give 5* because I missed some special atmosphere. Also concierge refused to book for me restaurants outside hotel. The room was very nice except very noisy toilet. We really enjoyed breakfast! Coffee could be improved (cappucino, latte machiato) but otherwise we enjoyed it a lot! Perfect combination of fresh food+buffet and very nice people taking care of us. For its price there need to be some improvements so I am not sure whether or not I would come again, but might be yes.

Stayed here as part of my birthday celebrations. The hotel was so kind they created a delicious chocolate cake with a personalised message and card. Service was truly exceptional here. The interiors are opulent and chic. Breakfast was the best I have experienced in the region. The Bar Americain was a fantastic Sunday evening entertainment. Our harbour view room had a delightful perspective. The only faults I could find was that the bathroom sinks were pooling water and the rain shower was not at full strength. The coffee machine was also hard to operate. Other than that we had no complaints. Thank you to all the staff for making my birthday so delightful. It was truly a pleasure to be in Monte Carlo and such a privilege to stay at this distinguished hotel.

The hotel de Paris in Monte Carlo is an iconic hotel with an amazing long history . I would consider it to be one of the best hotels in the world and our two nights stay was perfection when it comes to service ,amenities ,employees engagement and quality of food at the rooftop restaurant. I highly recommend the hotel and I’m looking forward to our next stay hopefully next year.

This hotel really surpassed my expectation. We recently stayed at the top Grande Dame hotel in Southern Europe a few weeks earlier for almost the same room rate (Eur1500) and everything was off. Being at this hotel, reminded me exactly what was missing there, is top notch here. This is a hotel operating the highest standard. Rooms are impeccable - stylish, modern (and much larger than expected). Everything is maintained to a gleaming standard as if the builders just left. Staff are perfectly trained. Housekeeping say hello to everyone they see in the corridor and smile. Every member of staff steps away to give priority to guests. It's very very elegantly run. The clientele is... Monaco. But actually very refined and civilised. It's just a lovely place to be. What surprised me was the extensiveness of the facilities. The rooftop pool is lovely, and wasn't busy. The rooftop gym was likewise great (what a view) and always empty even though the hotel was full. The much bigger spa on the lower level was much busier (but also bigger). The beach club is integrated into the Hotel (you can charge to your room, get access etc). That's a beautiful place in itself which we have been to over many years. It retains special charm. Shuttle runs every 20 mins. Breakfast is a wonderful setting with great service, but perhaps a little underwhelming. Not a lavish spread, although what there was was good quality. Monaco isn't my choice of destination (we had reason to be there) but it has a buzz. This is definitely the place to stay, and operating at a level that fully merits their pricing.
