Afternoon lady at desk was friendly and helpful.  Location was very good, close to restaurants and beaches.    Less pleasant were the extremely uncomfortable beds, no coffee ( not even a Keurig for self service) in the rooms or lobby before 7:30.   This is horrible for early departure .  The night desk man was rude

My husband and I stayed here for four nights and although staff were nice and helpful the cleaning staff did not change the bed sheets once. The bathroom was not cleaned to a high standard and used cups and plates we left in the room were never removed. On a positive note when we asked for a kettle it was given, they allowed us to check in earlier than the original check in time and also allowed us a late check out time. We slept very well and breakfast was decent. Overall I would recommend this hotel as somewhere to stay.

Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised by this stay. While it wasn’t the cheapest option, and you might find more affordable alternatives by directly renting a place, it's simply not worth the extra hassle. The hotel was clean and cozy, with friendly staff and plenty of parking. The dinner buffet, in particular, was excellent value for money. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place without hesitation.

Great location a 5/10 min walk to the shops, bars and restaurant's. we stayed in one of the apartments with a lovely balcony where you could sit out and enjoy breakfast and a coffee, rooms where nice and beds where comfortable, the staff where very nice always greeted with a smile.

Whilst the cleaning staff were lovely the hotel was unfortunately not up to standard. The pool was not heated nor were the jets despite being advertised otherwise. The steam room and sauna were to be turned on by guests meaning that it would take some time for them to be usable.

Basic hotel, rooms nice and clean, bed made every day. Staff not particularly friendly, food basic and boring went out most days. Pretty central for what we wanted, it was a place to sleep. Beach only about 5/10 minute walk which is beautiful.

The hotel is very clean, friendly and staffs are very welcoming, pleasant and attentive to the need of each customers. Rooms very spacious, airy and bright. Breakfast buffet is well stocked up and with plenty of choices for various requirements of clients. Swimming pool is a bonus due to extreme heat outside, water very cold and would appreciate the water being bit warmer. Vast car park is a plus, busy parking around hotel perimeter. Bathroom large and well lit,

I had a nice stay at the hotel. I am not a very needy and demanding customer. I think it was good value for money. The staff were helpful and friendly. My room was big enough. Everything worked as expected. I could open the window which was nice tp let in some air. The food was nice but not unforgettable.

The right choice for a few days in this type of regime. The Hotel offers quality F&B service, and guests can also do it to their liking in their Apart. Attentive and friendly staff. SPA of not very large dimensions and in need of some maintenance interventions. The pool water temperature was lower than desired. Overall, I would go back without hesitation, the price-quality ratio is very good.

Fantastic! I'll be back next year, I hope. I was just sorry I couldn't stay two more nights. Bed, pillows, great. Everything very comfortable. The apartment was for 4 people. It allowed me to stay with my two grandchildren who loved it. The only catch. the toaster didn't work.

Very clean hotel and the staff are all 5 stars, the food is very good. The hotel's only drawbacks are the weak semi-covered pool and the lack of nightlife, other than that, it's top notch. The apartments are very well equipped
