Hotel muito bem localizado, bem próximo da avenida principal de Monte Verde/MG. Ficamos no Chalé Junior, tem um tamanho bom, é todo de madeira e tem uma lareira, mas optamos por não utilizar. Cama grande e confortável. O banheiro é bastante antigo, mas tem um espaço bom no box, o chuveiro é uma delícia esquenta bastante, a torneira da pia também é aquecida, havia um vazamento na ducha higiênica, avisamos a recepção. Limpeza excelente, todos os dias nossas toalhas de banho foram trocadas e o banheiro higienizado. Piscina grande aquecida e toda coberta, a jacuzzi não estava funcionando os jatos de hidromassagem, acho que falta um serviço de bar na área da piscina. Café da manhã muito bom com muitos itens e iguarias típicas de MG, mas infelizmente, mesmo com tantos itens, não havia opções veganas ou sem glúten, minha esposa é vegana e ficou à base de café e frutas. No geral, foi uma boa hospedagem e um ótimo custo-benefício, recomendo.

O hotel é ótimo, fiquei num chalé com vista para o jardim. Só achei que deveria ter um aquecedor.
Tem uma lareira, mas tive receio de acender e o tempo estava muito frio. Pessoal muito atencioso, café da manhã bem servido e delicioso. O jardim é uma beleza.

Hotel bem localizado em relação à rua principal onde estão lojas, bares e restaurantes. Com area verde cheia de arvores e redes. Piscina coberta e aquecida e sauna. Ótimo café da manhã. Há diversos chalés conforme escolha. Estacionamento.

Minha experiência no Hotel Áustria foi negativa devido ao estado desgastado das instalações, carpete sujo e com odor e atendimento precário. Não correspondia as fotos disponíveis da internet. Não voltarei a me hospedar.

Hotel simples, porém entrega o que promete. Preço justo e ótima localização. Funcionários atenciosos e hotel sempre esteve limpo. Ótimo café da manhã com variações e tem até pamonha! Ficamos na virada do ano e fomos surpreendidos com uma excelente ceia, com itens de qualidade e a vontade, tudo muito bem organizado. Teve banda, muito boa por sinal, e queima de fogos. A festa foi até as 3h da madrugada, e ninguém queria ir embora! Parabéns a todos os funcionários e organizadores!

Adoramos nosso fds nesse hotel, pessoal super simpático e atencioso. Ficamos no chalé 105 muito confortável, limpo, possui lareira e tem acendedor para quem quiser. No hotel possui sala de jogos, piscina coberta e spa, eles fornecem toalhas para piscina só pedir na recepção. Possui uma grande área verde com redes bem legal para descansar. Café da manhã muito bom bastante variedades, estávamos em um grupo de excursao saindo de São Paulo e estava incluso almoço e jantar que por sinal estava ótimo. Localização muito boa a 900 metros da av principal monte verde onde estava acontecendo os espetáculos natalinos. Adoramos tudo e recomendamos
