Really nice hotel with an authentic and warm atmosphere. It was clean here and we got a nice deluxe room with good beds and good air conditioning. The staff are professional and very service minded - but above all incredibly nice and friendly. We especially send our warmest greetings to Marta. We had the best holliday here and will definitely come back. Manu greetings from Eva and Sofie from Denmark.

Not coming back
Old and not very well renovated hotel.
Especially rooms and pool area needs to be fixed up to standard.
Pool area seems dirty

Fantastic summer holiday
The hotel is a traditional one and has been maintained to a great standard . Great care in retaining old architecture and to a very high standard.
Service was really good and helpful with places to see and restaurants to visit.

You will not want to leave.
We were staying at the hotel as we fitted out our new apartment. After 7 days at the Francia e Quirinale, my wife and I did not want to leave.
The hotel is beautiful, with elegant public rooms and updated but still elegant rooms. All amenities were spotless. The staff were always friendly, greeting us with smiles and offers of service. The dining room service was impeccable. And the barman, Roberto, treats everyone like family. The special attention and extra mile of service never needs to be requested, it's always spontaneous.

The rooms at this hotel are the smallest we have ever experienced. In the first room we were allocated, we couldn't put our cases anywhere, the second, although a little bigger was still small, added to the fact that we were overlooking a busy road, where the fast/loud Italian car drivers tore up and down. The third we managed to shoe horn ourselves into. We only had two medium cases between us. We were part of a tour group and after a long journey, we decided to eat in the hotel. Never have we paid so much for so little. A plate of 12 thin slices of sausage and a piece of toast between us, two slices of ice cream the size of a slice of Battenburg cake, a glass of wine and a small bottle of sparkling water - Euro equivalent of £50. The waitress was brusque and snippy. On principle we didn't buy anything at the hotel again in the 3 days we were there. There are other more reasonable eating establishments a short walk from the hotel.
