We went to this hotel as member of a tourist group. We spent 4 nights and traveling around Tuscany during the days. The stuff was very friendly especially Gaia at the reception desk. The room was clean, the breakfast was good and dinners were deliciouses. The location is perfect you can reach easily the shops and sights, and citycenter. All in all, we were satisfied.

Personnel très agréable et accueillant, très propre mais on entendait les bruits extérieurs ce qui est dommage… Les repas étaient bons. Hotel très bien situé, restaurants à proximité/bars, ce qui nous a été très utile pour ma famille et moi ! Je recommande

It is a nice small hotel with all the things you need for a short trip. We only spent 3 nights, traveling around Tuscany during the day. Breakfast was very good compared to many Italian hotels of 3 stars so we didn't have only sweet stuff. Very clean and the stuff was friendly. Good position with restaurants and shops around. All in all, we are satisfied. There is a nice but outdated spa center, 5 munites away which we tried.

Qualità prezzo indescrivibile, per una stanza matrimoniale molto spaziosa ho pagato per 2 giorni 114€ compresi di tassa di soggiorno. stanza spaziosa e materassi morbidi come piume. Staff preparato e attento verso la clientela e i loro bisogni, alla reception soprattutto ho avuto il piacere di trovare uno staff eccellente. È un albergo che gode di una posizione strategica, luminoso e con una zona esterna deliziosa. consigliato a tutti!

Nel ritorno dalle ferie ho fatto una sosta presso questo hotel decisamente in centro della città a 100 metri a piedi da tutto,lo consiglio per la pulizia e il comfort c’era la scrivania,frigo bar ,lampade lettura porta valigie, aria condizionata ,phon e veranda ,la pulizia fa da padrone mi sentivo a casa. Went to this hotel as part of a coach trip. Stayed one night on way to sorrento znd o e night on return. Most of our party complained. Food not good , beds hard, outdated dirty showers and hair dryers. Water leaking from air con onto bed as person slept, broken toilet seats window handles falling off, cupboard door fell off, bed base material ripped, hair dryer melted, parents and children put on seperate floors. Even didn't hsve enough rooms on first night and sent about 20 people to znother hotel, lucky them. No ice for drinks, A poor young girl left on her own to deal with a lot of annoyed guests. It was awful. Reading some of the reviews here, its like a different hotel but i recognise the photos I dot reccomend this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel on my outgoing to sorrento and on return the service was terrible. The food was appalling. On our return the owner went on holiday and left a 19 year old girl in charge to look after a coach party and also informed her to collect our 2euro tourist charge before giving us our keys to room. There was no customer service and I would advise not use this hotel.

Plus jamais ça !!! Voyage de groupe avec paiement d’un supplément single pour se retrouver dans un cagibi de 6m2 salle d’eau comprise, un pur scandale ! Et que dire de la propreté (voir photos). Pas possible d’ouvrir ma valise, plus assez de place pour circuler. Pas digne d’un 3*.
