Borgo Tre Rose

Il posto è bellissimo, molto curato, il ristorante è ottimo con un servizio di alto livello. Ci tornerei veramente volentieri. L'unica pecca, se proprio ne dovessi trovare una, l'ho trovata nel materasso e nel cuscino che avevo a disposizione in stanza. Ottimo posto, lo consiglierò!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato con la famiglia qui 3 notti, devo dire ottimo esperienza. Innanzitutto, camera vicina ai giochi (tanti!) strategica per la nostra bimba di 4 anni. Il personale, le volte che ne abbiamo avuto bisogno, è stato sempre gentile e disponibile sia alla reception che al ristorante. La colazione direi in linea con le stelle a livello di qualità ma comunque molto varia e sia dolce che salata. Il ristorante decisamente sopra le aspettative tanto che sia per la splendida vista che per l’ottima qualità siamo stati qui per tutte e tre le cene. Camere pulite, non moderne ma coerenti con lo stile toscano. Esterni tenuti alla PERFEZIONE (fiori da invidia!) e piscina pulita, anche se non ottimale per bambini piccoli perché non ha zone basse. Per visitare la Val d’Orcia necessaria la macchina ma tante mete sono a massimo 30/40 min di distanza. Consigliato!

Truly beautiful resort, structured like a village, elegant, typical Tuscan structure, a beautiful swimming pool, unfortunately not in operation in this period and a restaurant where they serve a beautiful dinner and breakfast, with a window that gives you a spectacular view of the swimming pool and of the Tuscan hills. Outside Montepulciano it is a very large and well-kept structure. Spacious and tastefully furnished room, a huge bathroom with a huge shower, space with a wooden table outside and also a spectacular view from the room. Very kind and helpful staff at the reception .we stayed 2 nights and would have stayed longer....we will definitely be back.

With a large group of friends we had lunch here on Easter Monday: totally below expectations and a classic place that "lives" on tourists. Apart from the service not being exceptional for how the restaurant would like to position itself, 3/4 dishes of those offered were finished when we arrived. I understand that anything can happen in the kitchen, but we had booked at least a week in advance, it is unacceptable that many of the ingredients run out on Easter Monday, when you know that the restaurant will be full and you have a maximum of 20 dishes on the menu. Many of us ordered the appetizer with mixed cured meats and cheeses and each dish arrived different from the other, some were missing one cured meat, some another. We had to ask him for them separately... Even one of us who had ordered the lemon cheesecake was brought after coffee and bitters saying: "sorry we ran out of lemon" and then a white cheesecake without anything, not even with fruit or a topping. The desserts in general are absolutely worth seeing again. We had a lot of bitters (clearly from the discount store) and coffee, we weren't even offered a vinsanto, and that could be fine, it's not obligatory. But when it came to the bill, we were told that we couldn't each pay on our own (a table of 20 people!) and that one of us had to take on the task of paying for everyone, then we had to take care of it ourselves: more than €1560 of I count! How can you think that a person can pay such a bill with a single transaction? Many cards don't even have such a transaction maximum. They didn't want to make us each pay our own share by card! Only after we stubbornly and indignantly did we manage to do it. Ridiculous. More than €70 each for a lunch that totally didn't live up to expectations. The place is also very beautiful, but overall it's a tourist trap.
