Convenient location to Termini, we had a flight next day and this was perfect.

We arrive to the hotel after a long day of travel. We mistakenly booked the apartment instead staying in the hotel. After we checked in and was walking up the street through a dark alley with the host, we were told that the AC was not working. We asked if we could move to the main building and nothing was available but they could bring a fan. Then we went to dinner and got back to our room after 10 pm. Found out that there was no hot water when I got into shower. The next morning they sent the cleaning lady to fix the hot water. So after a long day of sightseeing, my husband gets in to shower, when he is finished I get in and the hot water decides not to work. We had no hot water the next morning again. Do not waste your money staying in the apartment of this hotel.

This is a beautifully decorated boutique hotel with delightful staff. Everything is newly refurbished. We stayed 5 nights in Cinque Terra in the winter off season. The hotel is on the street level so no pulling your suitcases up the steep hills. Be sure and eat at the La Barcaccia restaurant about a block away. The food is delicious and the chefs and staff are friendly and accommodating.

Charming hotel off the beaten path, very well maintained and a staff that really knows what a traveler needs. Breakfast included was just right amount. A bit far off from the train station, like 10 min. walk however very easy to find. It's location ideal, quiet street, and restaurants about 10 min. walk away. Room was a bit tight, not advisable with 2 full size suitcase, we had 2 small ones just small enough for the corner.

We stayed here for two nights this past weekend. I was really looking forward to enjoying the balcony in the room and didn’t mind the higher price because of the outside space that the was included in the suite. Unfortunately, upon arrival we found the sliding doors were broken so we could not use the patio. Every time we asked about having them fixed we were told a variety of things: someone was on their way to fix it or they couldn’t get the part since it was the weekend. Finally at the near end of our stay when we realized they couldn’t fix it, I was told to speak to the manager, Claudia, when I requested a credit. The next morning she told me that she could not authorize a credit but that she would have the owner contact me. It has now been almost four days since we departed and not a word from the owner. I understand that it was the weekend and acquiring the part was out of their control, but they should have upgraded us to a better room or offered us some type of credit. The room was $250 per night and the highlight was definitely the patio area, which we were not able to enjoy. Other than the room, we found the breakfast to be lovely and everything was very clean.
