Hotels near Elizondo, Monterrey

The hotel is very good and the service is very good cleaning .Very nice people .The restaurant very good and the hot and l bienlocslizado can d move s cuslquier place in Monterrey. We were very happy to be there and next time I stay.Because I love the hotel.

Although the property is in a good location and includes limited parking, the room was dirty; with a peculiar smell the a/c didn’t work properly and the mattress is severely outdated: The springs chimed at the minor movement, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, as in the bath curtain I found hair and dust. The hotel is lacks manteinance. If it were earlier and less tired, i’d had move to other hotel.

The hotel is located just two streets from Cintermex and Fundora Park. I think it is one of the best options if you need to go to these places, not only for the neighborhood, but also for what is the new hotel, because it is located in a square that is still in construction. The hotel is very comfortable and the staff are very friendly, they are following appropriate health measures and the cleaning of all facilities is very good. I recommend it and would be my first option in the next trip to Monterrey.

We spent the afternoon and night here. Check in was fast and courteous. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Housekeeping did a good job. Management should buy new towels, wash cloths, etc. As thrill are becoming grey with age. Due to Covid, restaurant was closed. Room service menu had a big variety. Service was fast and polite. Food was very good.

Customer service is amazing. From desk, restaurant, lobby staff, maintenance and cleaning crew… everyone with the best attitude and so helpful. Thank you! We started only one night, but I’m sure we’ll be back as this is an amazing place to stay

This is my first post covid hotel (although we still in pandemic) so I had a little torn and I took a grateful surprise. My 10-year-old daughter and I went only for one day and was very pleasant. At our arrival we felt later to enjoy. Antibacterial, signs in the floor of healthy distance, thermometers, careful foods, maximum host 10 people and everything was respected at all times. The hostel was difficult to be separated all of us because we couldn't move much but so is now and we have to adapt**** but I liked guests with children also very aware all and enjoyed it because the time is 7 to 10. I stayed here for 4 nights in January 2024. The hotel is new, very clean, well maintained, and (mostly) quiet. (I was in a room next to the elevator and for some reason on one night the elevator kept dinging its arrival...even if it wasn't arriving on my floor). I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again. My only challenge--and this is not the hotel's fault--was getting Uber pickups. The app autocorrects for pickup at the building behind the hotel which isn't a big deal but was annoying initially.

I was rushing to attend a wedding at the Hotel SAFI Metropolitan that is next, and despite the neighborhood, it was very difficult to find the salon, as it was necessary to pass a shopping center, to raise an elevator to floor 4, to get out to a parking station, and then walk to another lift that climbs up to floor 7. The phone didn't work to call the reception, which I had to report by phone several times, and after two hours they were to change the cellular batteries to the phone to work. The bathroom had several water leaks, and as the door of the bathroom was not closed well, the bathroom and the closet area were flooded.

The hotel itself is very nice. Pretty, clean, and kept well. The rooms as well, Were great; simple yet clean, comfortable, with great views and comfy beds. Even the bathroom was pretty. When you check in, they give you these vouchers for you and whoever is staying with youfor breakfast. So, if you forget it, lose it or just simply don't have it, you can't eat. Breakfast was pretty decent though, a combination of a continental and Mexican breakfast. Plus, staff in the dinning room were very nice and helpful and that is always appreciated, especially early in the morning. Wish their front desk was the same. Their parking is a bit strange in my opinion since they don't have one on site and instead you have to park in a shopping centers garage. I tried to get help from one of their front desk personnel and the look of annoyance on this guys face just irked me, especially since I approached him as polite as possible. At one point, he laughed at us when we told him the instructions he was giving were not making sense. In the end, I assumed he felt us being annoyed and just took a deep breath and drew us a map but even while doing so, was condescending with his tone. Not the best experience. There is a shopping center next to the hotel with stores, restaurants and coffee shops but for the most part, you'll need a car to go elsewhere since there was nothing else nearby. Again, beautiful hotel but not the nicest front desk reception at any point in the day.
