The hotel is well located, the entry from the street is a bit confusing since the hotel is inside a mall but the view from our room was stunning, the staff was helpful and went their way out to makes us feel home. Highly recommended ☺️

房間，地理位置一流。本來對於在downtown的酒店沒有抱太大的希望，沒想到真正入住以後才發現不一般。樓下有各種商業，二樓的小酒吧適合拍照。住了好幾次了。

非常好而且熱情的服務 讓我在陌生城市感受到了温暖 酒店大部分員工都會説英語 即使不會説也會叫會説英語的人來幫忙 樓上的餐廳便宜又好吃 景色也不錯 房間非常乾淨 每天都會來清潔 酒店樓下和附近也都很熱鬧 非常推薦！！

冰箱鎖住不讓用，礦泉水送的少，而且另外的還收費

總體上是很不錯的啦

週末出遊是可以的

I always pick this hotel when visiting Monterrey! I just love it. It is always clean and the location is prime.

I normally stay at the Aqua in San Pedro Garza... this time, I need a location closer to the city center and opted for Fiesta Americana... I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Centric location, ultra clean and spacious, fantastic breakfast!

It was right on the convention center I had my event in. I didn’t even had to take a ride to get there.

The property is in a great location and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Our room's air condition could not overcome the midday heat, it got hot and this was December, with the sleep drapes closed. The gym is very basic for such a nice luxury hotel, was a bit disappointing.

Restaurant service is slow. Breakfast buffet is very good. The lobby is small and uncomfortable. Downtown area is not nice. The mall adjacent to the hotel offers some restaurant options but they close after lunch until the next day. Rooms are very good but noisy.

Perfect place to stay. Just 2 blocks away from shopping center of Morelos ave and next to the mall Liverpool
