Use the hotel to go to the American consulate in the morning, the breakfast was very complete and rich. The facilities are good and clean, they should only tell guests that there are shared doors, it is annoying that they try to open the door for you.

Falta de buena limpieza, las toallas estaban nejas, como que no usan el cloro o blanqueador, la charola del café y las tazas sucias con marchitas las tazas de café ósea mal lavadas, afuera deja mucho que desear, con unos cuantos detalles dejarían más atractivo el aspecto por fuera del hotel

Muy mala experiencia, honestamente, la limpieza de las sábanas, la cafetera del cuarto tenía hongos, tardaba el agua caliente en salir, y la insonorizacion prácticamente no había, lo peor es que no me ofrecían reembolso en el establecimiento por tratarse de precio de promoción según ellos.

Las instalaciones del hotel son agradables, el estacionamiento amplio. Pero desde que llegué el internet no servía, ninguno de mis dispositivos podía conectarse y la persona de recepción en vez de ayudarme dice que “nadie más se ha quejado”. Desde el principio personas se quejaban en recepción por falta de toallas. Me tocó una habitación contigua en la que al día siguiente tuve que pedir cambio por el exceso de ruido que había en la otra habitación. La siguiente habitación que me entregaron no tenía papel de baño y toallas y para mi mala suerte me di cuenta a las 4am, intenté llamar a la recepción para solicitarlos pero el teléfono de la habitación está de adorno, no sirve. El desayuno del hotel es bueno y variado.
En general buenas instalaciones pero deberían mejorar el servicio al huésped

Es un hotel que le falta limpieza. Las sabanas estaban sucias y en la ducha habian cabellos y pelos. Las toallas que originalmente eran blancas en esta ocasion, del uso estaban grises.
