The environment is OK. There are many Chinese people staying in the hotel. The swimming pool seems to be average. The surrounding facilities are average. There are no places to eat. The transportation is not very convenient.

Everything was very good, excellent breakfast, comfortable room, I will repeat.

Satisfied, the hotel is relatively new, the facilities are new, and the environment is good. The view is good. The breakfast is OK, and lunch and dinner can be ordered in the lobby. The location is in the business district, suitable for business trips and family trips.

The hotel front desk staff provided poor service. The health staff used a key to open the door at night. The soundproofing was poor.

酒店是比較新的酒店，凱悦旗下全球連鎖店，大堂在L層，房間挺大，設備設施齊全，床很舒服，床上用品很舒服，早餐豐富，酒店L層有露台，此次入住時間匆忙沒有去游泳和健身房，前台服務態度一般，在蒙特雷酒店性價比還行

酒店環境很好，夜景迷人，服務也可以，周邊吃飯也方便。樓下就有吃飯的餐廳，牛排和披薩都很好吃。酒店附近有沃爾瑪和Live Pool，可以很方便的買東西，值得選擇。

相當意外，以前住希爾頓和假日感覺有點太簡易和不太安全，這次住凱悦真的太棒了！雖然早餐不太多也不夠豐富，但是住宿環境的大幅提高給人整體感覺還是很好的！相當於國內的4星，可能比一些地區4星還好！以後過來就不打算再換了！早餐希望酒店完善和提高水平！

新酒店，早餐不錯

After booking and paying the full amount for three rooms on *******, I was surprised to find an additional hold of $400 per room for incidentals. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was out of service during our stay, and the gym facilities were disappointingly small. The breakfast provided was satisfactory. However, my privacy was compromised as the staff entered my room without permission on three occasions and at unexpected times. This experience significantly impacted my overall satisfaction with the hotel.

First time driving so I was scared of parking my car. However the added security in the parking garage was amazing. Everything was 5star in this place.
