Although the hotel is at a good price and very well located, it doesn't worth it, the customer care is very poor and the wish to give feedback you realize because during MES AND MEDIO (verifiable) search for the named Erika Aregullin Gonzalez, General Manager by email, personally, by phone and never had the attention to answer, call or answer me. My daughter chose the Safi Metropolitan as the main hotel for her May wedding; I stayed there for a week. The hotel itself and location are beautiful but the problem was that the air conditioning in all rooms, at least the ones from the wedding guests were not working properly. We had record heat, at 103°F, that week. The electricity kept going on and off and at one point I was stranded at the lobby for over an hour waiting for the electricity to come back. I also got stuck for a few seconds in the elevator when the electricity kept going on and off in the hotel. That day we were having the makeup test and even the makeup artist was stuck in the room with my daughter. We were staying on floor 31 so it was impossible for me to go up all those flights of stairs. The day of the wedding the whole weeding party including myself and bridesmaid had to get ready in full heat because the air conditioning in the suites were not working. The pictures had to be taken with all of us sweating; it ruined the whole experience for us. You could not even have a good night’s rest because you would wake up sweating during the night. Everyone was very nice at the hotel with the exception of one person in the front desk that was rude to me and my daughter. Every time you called the front desk, they did not answer so you would end up having to go all the way down to the lobby and then you would see lines of people waiting to check in; their system to check in needs to improve. All the guests that arrived for the wedding had to wait for hours to get their rooms even after the check in time. I would not stay here unless you love heat. Beautiful hotel and location but not worth the inconvenience.

We hosted last year and returned again, we found the same details last time. The person responsible for the hostel area could not give general information, there were no ice machines in each floor and more than once we asked for reception assistance and never answered the phones. The staff were very careful, as well as the roommates and special congratulations to a older gentleman who brought us to the room a cun for our baby, was very friendly and service.

Comfortable and clean hotel. We got there without a reservation and luckily we found a room, the hotel filled up fast. It is located on a busy avenue, but the area is quiet and safe. Beds and space very good. The price includes a fairly decent simple breakfast to start the day.

The hotel itself is very nice. Pretty, clean, and kept well. The rooms as well, Were great; simple yet clean, comfortable, with great views and comfy beds. Even the bathroom was pretty. When you check in, they give you these vouchers for you and whoever is staying with youfor breakfast. So, if you forget it, lose it or just simply don't have it, you can't eat. Breakfast was pretty decent though, a combination of a continental and Mexican breakfast. Plus, staff in the dinning room were very nice and helpful and that is always appreciated, especially early in the morning. Wish their front desk was the same. Their parking is a bit strange in my opinion since they don't have one on site and instead you have to park in a shopping centers garage. I tried to get help from one of their front desk personnel and the look of annoyance on this guys face just irked me, especially since I approached him as polite as possible. At one point, he laughed at us when we told him the instructions he was giving were not making sense. In the end, I assumed he felt us being annoyed and just took a deep breath and drew us a map but even while doing so, was condescending with his tone. Not the best experience. There is a shopping center next to the hotel with stores, restaurants and coffee shops but for the most part, you'll need a car to go elsewhere since there was nothing else nearby. Again, beautiful hotel but not the nicest front desk reception at any point in the day.

Very nice hotel with good breakfast and nice personal. It’s better to choose the breakfast with all, the price difference is quite small. If you are going with your car, you can park inside, they have a private free parking. Good location in Monterrey. The room is big and clean, also the bathroom.

Customer service is amazing. From desk, restaurant, lobby staff, maintenance and cleaning crew… everyone with the best attitude and so helpful. Thank you! We started only one night, but I’m sure we’ll be back as this is an amazing place to stay

I couldn't sleep because of the noise of the building next to the hotel. It was noisy for about 4 days because of the noise until dawn. The building next door seems to be a restaurant, but the sound of the event event is too loud for the music, and it was not soundproof. ...

It was a great discovery. Normally most of them are hosted in the holiday inn fusion or in Antarctica, but you have to know this new hotel. It is new, modern, with very cool and young decoration. The staff very friendly and amen. Ideal for when you go to concerts or Fundora. Under the hotel is the restaurant Anacua that is of sea and is another option to discover. The views are beautiful from the room and are very comfortable, practical and very nice. We will certainly return. The hotel is located on the side of the Monterrey Arena which is Madero street, but there is a pedestrian bridge. There is a street that is not very safe at simple sight but is completely illuminated at night, and there is also another new building that is almost changing the most modern area. One comment: Try to put more photos of the hotel on the internet because when looking for them, the patterns and photos of other Hilton hotels in the US have made us doubt for a moment to book online. The hotel is beautiful and I still think you need to know it more.

I liked the place great people friendly easy access never had problems Price is decent food is great and their breakfast buffet was really good I’m sure their lunch menu also good. Unfortunately I did get time to enjoy do to my one night stay and early departure airport issues . But really nice place overall I would recommend
