Bellissima settimana, passata in compagnia d’amici e bimbi. Il personale della Reception molto cordiale e disponibile. La sale e il meitre molto simpatici e altrettanti disponibili, da mangiare buonissimo. Una nota di merito all’animazione mumbojumbo, in particolare alla responsabile del mini club Erika e a Lorenzo, molto simpatici e ci hanno fatto passare una settima indimenticabile. Ho soggiornato in questa struttura a luglio con la mia famiglia, personale competente, ristorante molto buono, pulizia ottima ma la vera chicca e stata l'animazione, in particolare Erika e Lorenzo i due super responsabili. Un saluto a rivedervi al 2025

Stanza prenotata con quattro mesi di anticipo, all'arrivo, dopo la richiesta del saldo, la sorpresa della doccia assolutamente NON ACCESSIBILE. E' stata sicuramente trovata una soluzione, ma con quattro mesi di anticipo, in una struttura del genere, non ci si aspettano errori organizzativi di questo tipo. Per il resto... nella norma; senza infamia e senza lode.

l'hotel è molto pulito. buon intrattenimento con un'incredibile vista sul mare. molto ben organizzata soprattutto la cucina ed i servizi di server nella luna room dove c'è il signor Florenzo e Mino Ringrazio anche il signor Claudio che è molto professionale a presto a settembre

Hotel direttamente sul mare con spiaggia privata. Camera rinnovata, pulita, letto comodo e due balconi vista mare. Qualche problema con la cucina, ma subito risolti a seguito di segnalazione. Un grazie speciale al personale della Sala Luna Flò, Gianni e Mino che con grande professionalità, gentilezza, simpatia e pazienza, ci hanno coccolato tutta la settimana.

Hotel molto bello camera pulita e bagno bello e molto funzionale personale molto gentile ragazzi del bar molto bravi gentilissimi e molto efficenti camerieri molto educati e professionali ma il mangiare è da 0 in pagella penso che i cuochi della caritas ci mettono più amore che i cuochi dell'albergo se non fosse per il cuoco della sala Aquario che secondo me deve cambiare mestiere sarebbe tutto perfetto animazione giovane un po' inesperta ma volenterosa

Pessima esperienza Bello ma non balla, 4 stelle giusto per la piscina e la posizione strategica. Camere e cucine da incubo, sporchissime e di scarsa igiene. Trovate anche delle vecchie medicine, per non parlare dei tubi e dei buchi che escono dai finti armadi. Cibo da mensa altro che da gran hotel!!! Organizzazione zero! Personale sgarbato e poco disponibile!! Se potevo avrei messo dei video ma non li fa caricare, le foto non rendono! Ma ne aggiungo qualcuna

Struttura con molte camere vista mare, spiaggia privata e personale professionale. Camere curate e letti molto comodi. Ho soggiornato qui per una manifestazione sportiva di livello nazionale e lo staff é stato perfettamente in grado di gestire egregiamente un gran numero di ospiti. Un ringraziamento speciale alla professionalità, alla gentilezza e alla pazienza dei tre membri dello Staff i Signori Fló, Gianni e Mino.

Albergo ristrutturato direttamente sul mare, sono andata per un evento ad aprile e mi sono trovata molto bene, ritornerò in estate perchè secondo me merita. La struttura è molto grande ed è dotata di varie sale ristorante e di una bellissima terrazza che affaccia sulla spiaggia.
