Durante nuestro viaje por Costa rica hemos pasado por varios alojamientos, este es sin duda donde mas cómodos hemos estado. La atención impecable, gente muy atenta y alegre. El desayuno espectacular, cocinado con gusto. La habitación amplia y bien equipada, con nevera, cafetera, agua caliente, secador.

Fijn hotel, grote kamer in de bergen van Monteverde, erg vriendelijke eigenaresse, spreekt goed Engels! Parkeren voor de deur! Heerlijke echte Costa Ricaanse koffie om te zetten op de kamer, idem thee faciliteiten! Goed internet en tig tips van eigenaresse gehad! Prima ontbijt, eindelijk naturel yoghurt zonder suiker en muesli met grote bowl van Vers fruit! Het geheel straalt warmte uit met de aanwezige honden en poes! Douche perfect warm water en 3 bedden voor 3 pers. Terwijl we met zijn 2 waren! Prima uitvalsbasis voor tocht door Cloud Rainforest Monteverde en Ziplinen

Overall, we had a good stay. The young lady that works at the front desk is so cheerful and fun and is a great host! She lent my wife her shirt. The room and lodge is kind of quirky. We were given 3 keys, one to enter a foyer from the outside that you had to lock with the key, another for the room and another for the lobby. I would urge the owners to change the locks so that you can open the doors from the inside in case of emergency. The current set-up is not safe. The lodging was very clean and had a nice kitchenette. There were wooden chairs in the room. The bed was comfortable. There was lots of wind and breeze that blew through the windows that I enjoyed. We heard mice in the bathroom walls, which I mentioned to the staff. The breakfast was phenomenal! Everything was delicious with great coffee and fresh fruit.

Clean rooms, very friendly service, great restaurant across the street, great value for price. Good breakfast in-house, we saw toucans in the trees right outside. We had a lot of laundry done for only $20.

Host Anna Maria made me feel welcome and comfortable! The rooms are spacious and clean with a rustic feel, with kitchen amenities, at a very reasonable price, breakfast included. Each room has a fantastic view of the mountains in the distance and the 2nd floor breakfast room has a panoramic view above the treetops! Miztli Lodge is close to down town Monteverde shops, Zip lining, night walks, Curi-Cancha & Monteverede Cloud Forest & Butterfly Reserves, and all adventure activities. Anna Maria and her staff speak English very well, which was extremely helpful to this solo traveler. I'll stay here again on my next visit. Pura Vida!
