This quaint hotel was the perfect stop for our two day stay. Centrally located to the local shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and available for any questions or needs that you may have.

Great budget hotel
Great location & staff. AC was $25 a day extra. Save 13 per cent by paying cash either dollars or colones. Very close to everything & no climbing. Front desk very helpful & speak reasonable English. Staff always cleaning & upkeep ing property. Good security as 24 hour on duty staff

Très bon hôtel avec des gens accueillants et bienveillants. Idéalement situé en face du parc de la ville et à 300 mètres de la plage. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut autour pour se restaurer et se balader. Il y a une cascade à 10 minutes à pieds. Perfecto !

Pasamos unos dias 3n montezuma nos alojamos en el hotel aurora . Muy comodo todo muy linda atencion . Muy limpio el lugar tienen una cocina para los huespedes q es hermosa y podes cocinarte a gusto .no les falta nada es. Muy recomendable el lugar

Do not book this hotel/hostel thru a third party (i.e., *******, airbandb, etc.), especially if it’s charged in afvance. I stayed here with my daughter for a booking for 9 DAYS with ******* and only stayed for two days. Asked nicely for some refund and nope, not even for a day. In addition we were put in the wrong “suite” room. I did contact ******* before and after we checked out to no avail. Main issue, thus the title of this review, is that ******* charged me $79.95 per night for a $65 dollar room (the 4 bed suite, 3 queen, 1 twin) so I overpaid by a lot. And according to ******* I was given a member discount of $179.91. This is obviously a fake savings since that would make the room actually cost $99.94 per night! Currently on beginning stages of taking ******* to small claims court for this. I will admit that I should not have booked a non-refundable room, but I expected some sort of consideration, especially from one of the lowest-rated hotels/hostels in the area. Pros: a/c, minifridge in room, communal kitchen, private bathroom and balcony in suite, and at the center of Montezuma. Staff was nice Cons: no hot water, ants in the room and outside in balcony, construction material in the walkways, hard beds with tiny blankets, no TV, poor wi-fi All in all, we were not happy and left early. Montezuma is a cute little town, just stay somewhere else unless you’re really roughing it or for a night.

Cobrandoq más de $75 USD POR NOCHE POR PERSONA, se esperaría un lugar con instalaciones excelentes. Parece que las fotos y comentarios fueran de otro lugar. La habitación que nos asignaron huele a caño. En la habitación hay 4 contactos, pero solo uno de ellos sirve, los demás no tienen energía. La habitación tiene una ventana que da a un área interior en donde hay luz toda la noche. Definitivamente el hotel en las fotos y comentarios parecen ser de otro lugar, pero no, si corresponden, quizá en otra época o con otra administración. Lo único positivo que puedo decir es que las sabanas están limpias y que el personal es amable.
