A regular motel is right on the roadside and doesn't have many facilities. The car can be parked at the door of the room. The indoor space is not large, just for passers-by to sleep at night.

I gave this a four, but it was an excellent experience for the price. The rooms comfortable and quiet despite being adjacent to the road. Did not have a lot of interaction with staff, even with a four night stay. I did find those interactions friendly and professional. The town of Montecello is small with very limited dining (four restaurants) so plan on dining in Moab after your trips to Canyonlands and/or Arches or Cortez if you go to Mesa Verde. The location was central to a number of parks..

A very cute little hotel! We stayed here as it was close to Moab and Arches National Park. The room was very clean and beds were super comfortable. It had a classic feel and could tell it was older however everything was kept up really nice! Appreciated the retro style and the appliances that fit into that vibe. A fun, quick stay for our family of 4 - would recommend.

We spent a night here when visiting the area. Our check in and check out went smooth and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and met our needs for the stay. There was no breakfast and like has been posted, there aren't to many options near by. We would stay here again.
