The room is nice and clean. The only negative thing was the staff who helped us because we had a parking space and one day we arrived and there was no space. It was hard to get things sorted out with them.

Apartment-style building. The hotel has free coffee in the morning and a self-service laundry room. There is a parking lot. The room is not small and the facilities are complete.

The price is right and it is convenient to travel.

Convenient transportation around the hotel

Reservation already paid for 2 months when booking but when paying for the tourist taxes the person adds the price of the room I tell her that I have already paid she tells me no you had not paid yet I tell her no I was already charged the day of my reservation she told me well we will see that tomorrow morning I tell her no if tomorrow morning you ask me to repay what do I do she says well I will see with my manager because on the computer it's not very clear she gives me my card to go to my room and I never heard of her imagine you if I hadn't insisted I was going to pay a 2nd time.

The hotel is relatively new, the air conditioner is Daikin, and there is a Carrefour supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient. However, the tableware in the room is a little worse and there are no scissors. There is a fee to change towels and bath towels, 5 euros per day, and the parking garage needs to be reserved in advance.
