Good location in downtown. Supermarket is just nearby and 2 restaurants. The staffs are friendly and supporting. The shower is quite hot and instant which is good. 
Only the hotel also next to the train station so some noises during the night. With earplug should be okay.

Nice appartement and breakfast.  Staff really friendly and helpful.  The place was spotless.  Very affordable for what you get

Beware! Worst hotel experience ever!   We booked to stay overnight and had to checkin late because we had a road accident. Although we informed them in advance and they said we will be able to checkin, we just need to show ID card to the security, that guy actually wanted to make a photo copy of my credit card somewhere else, away from me. When I refused (I asked to at least be able to see what he copies) he just locked the door and we stayed 2hours in front of the hotel in the middle of the night with a baby and a 4yrs old...   Later I agreed with the photocopy just because I wanted to have some sleep for the kids, entered the apartment where was just one double bed and a sofa, which was not prepared for sleep and there weren't any sheets or duvet cover. We of course paid for 4 people, not for 2!   Everything was quite dirty and poor, absolutely not worth the 150€ price we paid.  Also, we booked it because it was stated to have a secure parking, but they said parking is full, so we had to park in the middle of nowhere and we were worried for our car as well, as it was a latest mercedes model and the region of the hotel doesn't really feel like a safe one.

The young fellow at reception was lovely - very nice to chat to and his English is very good.    The room (a studio) was clean and tidy - a bit noisy but winding down the shutter helped enormously.  The studio was pretty roomy and had a small kitchenette which is always helpful.  You have to drive anywhere you wish to go (and believe me that means you do as we don’t mind a good walk).  The parking is very good though so driving is not too much of a concern.  Breakfast was okay - might be better to just get on the road and eat somewhere else though as it was probably below average compared to others.

Nothing to re-repeat, very clean, quiet, easy access, we spent a very good night
