Next to a tram stop which is connected to the main train station.
Fast Wi-Fi

It was convenient to get off because it was right in front of the tram. (The ticket vending machine may be out of order, so if you want to buy a ticket and ride, you need to check in advance.) After getting to know the surrounding geography, it was a good location for walking around the city center.
I made a reservation with a garden view, and other than being assigned a street-facing room, I was satisfied. The sound of the tram can be heard from early in the morning until late at night, so sensitive people should be careful.

The room is clean, there is a tram track below, the windows are well sealed, and it is very quiet at night. The row of sycamore trees under the door is unforgettable. Special thanks to the front desk lady. Because of road construction, we couldn't find the parking entrance, and she went to where we parked to help us lead the way. Montreal is really great, the city of sunshine is beautiful!

The management was very bad. They didn't let me wait in the original room even though they knew I had a room renewal order. Instead, they asked me to move my luggage out at 11 o'clock. However, the new room I wanted to stay in didn't check out at 1:30 because the previous guest didn't. They couldn't let me stay in the room, it was a double standard.

The location is convenient, but the facilities are old and the assigned room is not in a good location. It faces the rail car on the side and makes a lot of noise. The bed is also two single beds pushed together. The air conditioner is useless. It is too hot to sleep at night.

I spent 2 nights alone in one of the studios offered and everything was perfect! For around fifty euros (low season - end of January), it's even better than you might expect: impeccable cleanliness, super comfortable bedding (I even had trouble getting out of bed in the morning) , very satisfactory storage space, equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and hood!) and separated from the bedroom by a door, spacious BATHROOM with large mirror, fittings (switches, sockets, bedside lamps, etc.) are ergonomic, no inconvenience in terms of soundproofing, unlimited coffee-tea-hot chocolate on the ground floor, very polite and courteous staff, in short, nothing to complain about. I already want to go back :)

Location directly at a tram stop is excellent. But it is easybwalking to the old town and the train station
Room could do with a coat of paint but ovetall comfortable stay. The kitchenette is a great feature.

The pictures on the website were very deceiving. Our room was very small, the tv was very old, but that's ok because we didn't want to watch it anyway. Even though the furniture was out dated it was ok for us because it gave us a feel of the 70s when we were young. What was hard for me was that there was only one glass in the kitchen and that there was no small spoons for coffee or dessert, there were only huge serving spoons. The laundry was very inconvenient to use. All we wanted to do was wash clothes, but we had to download an app, give the app a lot of our personal information, credit card, etc. That is something that could be like the 70s, just use coins and wash our clothes. The reception people were very nice. There was no restaurant but the place is well located.
