Simple Rapide Efficace

Very pleasant stay I highly recommend because it refreshed us there is also a sauna and a fitness room included except the la erie but which is really not expensive. 😎

disappointing breakfast! 12€ for that? I had better for €8 at a B&B hotel (bacon, compote, canned fruit salad, scrambled egg…..) and in other hotels for €12 fresh fruit salad…etc. Functional aparthotel, correct equipment, microwave, kettle, etc. even if I used it, on the other hand, aging furniture, all worn cracked seats, etc., a paint refresh would not be a luxury, 2 mains sockets (1 in your room and 1 in the hallway next to the front door) is really not much, and in the bathroom there are no sockets (electric toothbrush and razor. We forget) and if the woman has a straightener, what does she do? In short, 90 euros per night plus parking 7€50 plus 12 euros breakfast, that's 120 euros, sorry at that price I'm going elsewhere, on the other hand the welcome from the employees is very satisfactory, polite,

Paying 5th per day for parking I find it ok… And the room is well appointed but too bad the old-fashioned kitchen is borderline dirty… But the lady at the reception was super friendly and smiling

Forget this hotel it’s located in a middle of nowhere particularly if you check-in in the evening ! Only three poor restaurants opened closing at 10pm, the hotel offers only a junk food machine ( chocolate bars and chips ) thank you Mondelez and Mars ! And you will find a junk drink machine ( coke ice tea Fanta) , the neighbourhood is not safe in the evening. The bedroom walls are as thick as a sheet of papers , it means that you will hear everything your neighbor is doing and in the morning by 5:30am you will feelof being in the middle of the roundabout which is a big traffic point.

A building right in the roundabout and facing south we went there in January bright sunshine and relatively warm room bathed in the sun all day 27° in the room the air conditioning we were told that it did not work in winter so impossible to sleep with open window it's a loud and incessant noise 2 nights and 2 sleepless nights a real disaster and a wasted stay

Excellent welcome Elsa, Jade and the reception manager are very kind and attentive and helpful. The breakfasts are a little expensive even if the quality is there. Friendly welcome, good breakfast. On the other hand, noisy room, the shower did not work, the toilets were a problem, and the service telephone is inactive. The location is a busy business district during the day and deserted (sordid?) in the evening. Montpellier city center is accessible by bus located near the hotel, half an hour away. In summary: BOF

In summary: to avoid indeed…! Why: Positive points: A present, friendly and professional welcome. A good sized room. Negative points: Unsecured outdoor parking of the establishment, paying €5. Very out-of-the-way location in the middle of office buildings and with traffic jams. Nothing in the immediate vicinity without a vehicle. Non-stop traffic noise because it is near a busy roundabout and very, very minimal sound insulation of the establishment. Permanent heat in the room even though it’s only March…. and the air conditioning does not work, and it is impossible to open the window at the risk of being even more annoyed by the loud noise of the traffic. The fridge also generates noise throughout the night. The bed creaks as you barely move... Smell of sewer a little present in the bathroom. Forced window, traces still visible and unsecure handle, same for the front door handle which seems to have been forced.... not very secure for your personal belongings when you are away. Clearly a horrible week in this establishment mainly due to the traffic noise which invades the room…. To flee!

Mediocre, don't go there. No insulation, Too noisy on the roundabout side. The bathroom is very poorly designed. Deplorable furniture No mirror in the room, poor lighting. Housekeeping to be reviewed++++ kitchen side (microwave, cutlery...) dirty...
