This hotel sets the gold standard for hospitality. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful getaway or a seamless business trip, it ticks every box. I can’t recommend this place enough—everything from the location to the service to the overall atmosphere was flawless. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

Hotel location and service was great. Was a challenge locating the hotel reception. Would be great if signs and directions could be more more visible.

We stayed over New Year's Eve and had a great view over the crowds gathering at the Christmas market. The room was clean and was as expected. The only downside of the hotel is that it's not very convenient to get to the exit, as you'll have to go through the mall first before reaching the lobby and then take another elevator up to the rooms.

Good location right in the center of city. You can tour around the area it has the art place, good restaurants. Big Bed too!
