I booked this hotel for my friend as Trip.com got better price. The room is clean and big. The service team are nice!

They forgot to clean the rubbish in the room and could see they did not sweep the floor in the toilet

Room is big, bed is comfortable. Shopping and food are near, quite good.

Nice stay, friendly receptionist, ideal location, majority colleagues can speak bilingual languages, English and French, one thing need attention, entrance for car park is narrow to get in, which is unwelcome to new drivers.

The room was really cozy and isolated on the 8th floor with nice balcony perfect to relax. The pool is huge and the jaccuzi is the best relaxing activity

The bed is a bit not firm. Keep having those squeaky noise when we get in bed. Other things are good. Just the bed frame can be better~

Everything was perfect! The Service was perfect! So clean to stay here!

Nice location

The house is spacious and well located. The balcony is open for activities, but due to fire safety requirements, there are no tables and chairs. Please note that Google Navigation does not lead to the main entrance of the hotel. The parking lot is right at the main entrance.

I chose it mainly because it is close to the student dormitory of Children's University of Macquarie. It is also very close to the city center and the subway is very convenient. It is relatively cost-effective. The elevator is a bit old and you often have to wait in line.

The location is quite good. I have stayed here once before. It is suitable for traveling alone or in pairs. The hotel facilities are a little old, but the service is very good. I asked the front desk to borrow scissors and they gave them to me very quickly.

1. The room equipment is old, the bathroom is quite large, but there is no place to put the phone next to the toilet, and there are only 2 hooks in the whole bathroom for hanging clothes and towels. There is a loud fan sound after turning on the light in the bathroom, and the sound of the toilet flushing is surprisingly loud. 2. It takes more than 2 minutes to shower before there is hot water, and there is a little hot water first, then it gets cold, freezes for 2 minutes, and then there is hot water again. 3. If the room is turned on with hot air from the air conditioner, there is a lot of noise, which makes people unable to sleep. If it is not turned on, it is cold. After all, it is winter, and the weather outside is minus 7 or 8 degrees.

I heard the door open when I was sleeping in the morning, which scared me. I contacted the hotel quickly during the day, but the lobby manager didn't come for a long time. When he came, he told me that the technicians would not come to work until 3 pm. Don't expect efficiency in Quebec. There is no surveillance in the corridor, so I passed by without knowing why. The hotel is in a good location, close to McGill University.

The hotel is in a great location, you can walk to Chinatown, the service staff is very warm and friendly. If you drive, you can apply for a multiple access card at the front desk, and you need to pay the fee when you check out.
