Great breakfast with an excellent service. Everything is great!

Although it was bigger than what we needed, we found this hotel to be a good choice for us for our overnight layover in Montreal. Good staff and breakfast. Thanks.

Can improve on breakfast

i arrived early around 11 am and was allowed early check in. This is so important after a long flight. The room is spacious and equipped with everything. Big working desk with good lighting. Wifi is fast speed. Breakfast is nice extra. i stayed on 3rd floor and was able to walk down the stairs. the two lifts are small and very often full of other guests. one thing may need improvement. The steps in front of the main entrance is not designed for guest with heavy luggage.

The room was upgraded. The room is large and has 2 bedrooms. The facilities are a bit old, but it is still clean. The hotel breakfast is very good, including the famous local bagels and fruits.

The hotel is in a great location, not far from McGill University on the right when you go out. There is a statue of a musician at the entrance of the hotel, which is very conspicuous. The room is a veritable apartment hotel. It is really set up like an apartment suite. Kitchen supplies are all available, but unfortunately I can't use them. There is breakfast, pretty standard. Luggage can be stored. The front desk service is good and fast. The price is reasonable for an apartment

This is not the first time we have stayed at this apart hotel. Mainly due to its location in the center of Montreal, next to McGill University. Three Stars. There are no special expectations. The main thing is that it was always clean. Luxury apartment with 1 bedroom, living room and small kitchen and dining area. But this time, the coffee machine was broken, the toilet was clogged, and for some reason housekeeping came in the afternoon, when we were already returning to the hotel. As a result, either the room was cleaned in our presence, or we refused to be cleaned. Breakfasts were always very basic and crowded. In most cases, they preferred to go to other places for breakfast, even though breakfast was paid for. In general, there is a feeling that over the years the service and infrastructure are getting worse, and the price is rising. It's a pity.

The room is relatively large, the location is excellent, and it is convenient to travel. In winter, the heating is sufficient and the temperature is dry. Hygiene is relatively clean. The breakfast was average, just a very simple breakfast. The front desk staff were very nice, as were the restaurant waiters.

The facilities were clean and the room was spacious. The staff were friendly! It was better to have a conference room available. It's close to the main street, but I didn't feel it because I was insensitive, but my colleague said there was a little noise. I was satisfied.

Very good hotel located in the city center, I recommend for all types of visitors

The apartment is located in the old town, which is very convenient for traveling. It is within walking distance to the art museum and surrounding attractions.

If the beige carpet and walls don't put you in a bad mood, you'll be able to appreciate the assets of this friendly hotel. Indoor pool, gym, decent breakfast, spacious rooms (ask for one on the 16th floor, for a bird's eye view of the city), all at a decent price.

Very nice home.

Just like a small apartment. A separate room for the master bedroom, kitchen, fold out bed. Great spot!
