Room with some cracks on the wall, door had a huge gap on the top. Mold smell and by the window you could see big rats outside.

The small room is cost-effective for one person, and the bedding is not very comfortable

All facilities were provided and we had a very comfortable stay. I think that the location is good because it is close to restaurants, but at night it is lively with young people gathering. Subway station is near, too and thinks that it is hotel of good condition to be able to easily go to center if we assume it good. It was okay for a woman traveling alone 🙆‍♀️

The location is very convenient

The Location is Great, but the rooms are not, sheets are with bloody stains ...believe ne, is a shame since they could made an effort, it doesn't matter if is a modest hotel,but come on what could cost you to have a modest, simple room CLEAN.. they are taking advantage of the location giving you the worst room ever, I have to ask to turn in the A/C really??? Thanks God it was only 1 night.. we really don't recommend this place at all.

No control over heat or AC, indigents on front step smoking cigarettes and pot, miserable unfriendly old man at the front desk.Stayed here for three days, it was the worst decision I ever made. Loud slamming steel fire doors at all hours of the night, government immigrant flop house. If you have any self dignity, you might want to consider staying else where.

The hotel is located in the city center. And this is the only positive thing The room was dirty, windows wasn't washed for ages. The linen wasn't changed and washed after previous visitors, hair on the pillow cases. The bathroom was disgusting, toilet was leaking. The show tap didn't work properly so, we couldn't take a shower. The room wasn't maintained properly, dirty socks of previous visitors was under a bed. There was no A/C, heater in the room The smell of mold was everywhere, in the room, bathroom, common areas. It's extremely noisy, we could hear every step and voices of upstair neighbors because no any soundproof. The owner/manager was extremely rude. We told him we couldn't sleep at night due to extreme cold in the room and noise and we're going to leave the hotel but he didn't care about our comfort, he just said that the room was kept for us and he lost the profit because we were going to leave. I can't imagine how such disgusting property can be used as the accomodation for visitors because it can't be well to settle the animals there. It was the worst experience ever to stay a night there. If you want to spoil your holiday book this hotel. Everything is bad there.

I loved the location of this hotel; right within walking distance of a light rail stop. It made navigating the city very easy. The neighborhood its in is very cute with lots of hip restaurants, shops, theaters, etc. Later at night, the crowd gets a bit drunker and rowdier, but up until that point, it's a lively, charming neighborhood. The hotel, itself, is a bit old. I'm not used to not having any air conditioning at all in hotels. Luckily, we visited during a cool September weekend, but I can imagine it would have been hard to deal with in the heat of summer or dead of winter. As it was, we still had to crack a window at all times to make the room more bearable. The rooms are small, but hey, you get what you pay for. I saw other reviews which said that the staff was mean, but I never got this impression. They were pretty to-the-point, which I didn't mind. Overall, I can't complain much about an inexpensive hotel so near the rail line.

The hotel is in a good location, near the bus terminal and subway station, and in a food district. I arrived early, but they let me into my room comfortably. The room was small with just enough space for one person to walk around the bed, but it was fine if you were just sleeping. I thought it was a reasonable price considering the hotel prices in the area. There is also no parking lot or elevator. There was a bathtub, but there was no stopper, so you could only take a shower. I was happy that there was a coffee dripper and a juice and water vendor for free.

Draps sales avec des troues, probablement dû à la cigarette. Lorsque l’on salut le personnel de l’accueil, il ne répond pas avec des mots, mais émet uniquement des grognements. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. On sait pas si ils nettoient la chambre ou non, parfois ils changent les linges, parfois pas. Je ne vous recommande pas cet hôtel. Points positifs: l’emplacement et le prix. Malgré cela je vous conseille de ne pas prendre cet hôtel.
