Booked two rooms with breakfast for a family trip in Montreal. Rooms were very clean and exceed our expectations. However, the amenities should be improved such as having a kettle or offering guests hot water especially during cold weather. Our family had our breakfast but we were told the breakfast was not included in our reservation and asked us to pay. After showing proof of payment and indicating breakfast is included, they said it was ok. Not sure why it happened since we were told breakfast included when checking in. Other than that, good hotel for the price.

The location is very remote, in an industrial development zone. The breakfast is very bad and there are few varieties. It's cold in the middle of the night and I ask the front desk for a blanket. They actually say "you must pay for it". Isn't adding a blanket the most basic service? It's really far inferior to other hotels of the same brand in Ottawa. The fried chicken restaurant next door is more convenient.

The room was clean and tidy. I booked it for two days and it was cleaned and replenished in time the next day. The hotel's location is a bit remote and suitable for those traveling by car. Free parking is a selling point.

I like the pressure on the standing shower. The wi-fi is not reliable. I had the privilege to visit the double queen bed room and I realized it was better than the single king bedroom. No reason to pay more. Next time I will just book a queen bedroom.

I paid for a room with 2 queen beds and breakfast included but got 1 king bed n no breakfast I had to sleep on a small couch and could hardly sleep asked for extra blanket and never got it Even though i booked through ******* and showed the front desk they said the couldn't do anything and not even give me a discount worse experience

The hotel was very clean, the new pay breakfast process would be fine if the food was acceptable but it was not. When I went to check in the gentleman at the counter was not friendly but the lady was very nice.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel and its price point. It appears to be newly renovated with very clean, modern rooms. The double queen bed room was perfect for travelling with our kids. Cleanliness is extremely important to us and this exceeded expectations. Breakfast buffet had great options and pool area was great for our kids. Would highly recommend for anyone in staying in the Montreal area.
