Very old hotel 0 star. They kept us waiting till 3pm for check in although they let the people after us do. Is if because we booked through Trip.com (a third party). Overprice! Not worth for money. They charge that much because there is not many choices downtown. Never again!

The hotel is pretty good, but next time I'll probably stay at the Hilton next door. Considering that the old town is full of old hotels, it is more comfortable to live near the old town.

Because of the location, the first booking went smoothly. The quilt had a strange smell, but it was acceptable, the Wi-Fi was cut off in the middle of the night. Went again after a few days because of the location. The second time I went to the hotel, the front desk told me that the deposit only accepts credit cards with chips without notifying me in advance. Communication was fruitless and asked for a refund. The efficiency was extremely slow, and several staff members were still chatting, and it was already midnight. Funny thing is that the refund is via a credit card with a magnetic *****? ! There is no explanation as to why only chip cards can be used, but just like the repeater, it is emphasized that chip cards are required, and there is no reason. Nearby hotels with similar prices and higher prices have stayed in hotels, which are the most outrageous.

The overall condition of the hotel is good, there are many Asian restaurants around, and it is close to the art gallery.

The location is excellent, very close to the bustling St. Catherine Street, and the subway station is downstairs. We bought a subway day ticket to visit many scenic spots. We don't have to worry about parking problems. I am very satisfied with this hotel.
