The plane was late, the staff was late, and the staff had already got off work, but he had self-check-in and check-out at the front desk, which was very convenient, but because the check-in time was late, he needed to call the customer service to apply for the deposit deduction, because he would not speak English and French. Finally, the kind Trip.com customer service remotely helped to call and coordinate. The customer service was very active throughout the process. I also gave a cash roll. I was really careful. I'm a low maintenance traveller so my experience is probably going to be appreciated by people more like myself. The first thing I liked about this hotel was that it had a kitchen, which was great for eating leftovers or cooking cheap ramen. The second thing was the location was also great as it was walking distance to Saint Denis Street and St Catherine Street which comprises of many restaurants and bars. Both streets are also closed to vehicle traffic making them fully pedestrian-friendly. There's also grocery stores and banks. The hotel was also located perfectly next to a major subway station called Berri-UQAM where three lines converge, including the yellow line which goes directly to St. Helen's Island. The airport bus route 747 also stops at this major hub too which was perfect for me. The one con I did have was that the air conditioning is very loud. I personally don't use AC but my friend needed it, and it kept me up at night, so if you're the type of person that is a light sleeper that needs a colder room, bring ear plugs. It is an older hotel, but I honestly found it completely fine. I'm not sure if it's because I tend to seek lower-cost accommodations but this hotel didn't seem that old to me at all.

I don’t see a lot of reviews here so i figured i must chime in to make sure travellers take notice of this hotel. We stayed for a total of 2 nights at this place. Initially it was suppose to be a one night stop on our way back to Toronto, but because of the very good value, comfort and service that we received, we then decided to stay for another night ( we were gonna stay for 3 but the province dropped the hammer on NYE restrictions). The Good : Friendly staff, In room IMac, 50 inch Smart TV with Netflix and other streaming apps, Free Parking ( Very secured) Free breakfast (+1 for the croissants). Free hot drinks 24/7. Walking distance to a mall. The Not so good: 5-10 mins walk to Metro ( but thats nothing to us). The Very Good: They cleaned our room! A service we miss from all the hotels we stayed at the last 2 years. This will be our go to hotel next time we visit Montreal. Keep it up Le Dauphin Longueuil!

This is a small hotel located near Montreal's port and the city center. It offers a convenient location within walking distance to downtown, Rue de Saint Catharine, and Quebec University, allowing easy access to the city's top attractions. One of the best parts is the cost-saving opportunity when arriving from the airport. Instead of taking a taxi or Uber, simply hop on the bus 747 from the terminal. In just about 30 minutes (which is not much longer than an Uber ride), you can reach the hotel's entrance at a fraction of the cost. The staff at Le Roberval is incredibly friendly and helpful, making your stay even more enjoyable. While the hotel may not have the luxurious amenities found in more expensive establishments, it is well-maintained, clean, and provides everything you need. The facilities may not be fancy or glamorous, but they are certainly satisfactory. The breakfast offered is basic but satisfying. In conclusion, if you're looking to explore Montreal on a budget, Le Roberval should definitely be on your shortlist.

Good location and convenient travel. Walk to the old pier 丶 Chinatown for 15-20 minutes. The room is large, with sofa, toiletries, electric kettle, 1.8 m bed, very clean, separate bathroom, quiet. Go out on the left hand side of the intersection and walk diagonally three minutes to the subway station, passing the beautiful church on the right hand side. The law and order is very good, and the surrounding wine is 10 minutes walk. The hotel has a bus to the airport on the right hand side.

We had a good stay and it was the perfect location, lots of places within walking distance - shopping, restaurants, concert hall. We had a small issue with the heat and adjusting the temperature and the elevator was just okay but would stay here again if passing through. Staff was very helpful checking us in and answering some questions about places in the area.

Hotel is right in the Chinatown district of Montreal. Parking is below, while small and tight, there is room. There is a small daily fee to park, typical of large cities. I went to the second floor to check in and was given my room on the higher floor. It’s typical for a downtown Holiday Inn. Room clean, nice view of the city, furnace worked well, sadly weak shower pressure found so often. Because I am a Platinum IHG member, breakfast was included both days I stayed. It was typical American despite being in a Chinese themed hotel due to location. Buffet style and filling. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a large amount of Canadian coins I had collected over the years in the States, and they were happy to convert to bills and loonies/toonies. That helped with small purchases in the city. Checkout went well. I had no issues with safety despite coming back late at night.

We stayed one week in this Courtyard by Marriott (Oct 2022). Located right on Rene Levesques Boulevard (former Dorchester). Walking distance to many sights. Our check in was very fast, we walked up, we were greeted by friendly young man and we made our way to the room, all within 10 mins. Our room was on the 10 floor and we had a partial view looking NE towards the Notre Dame Basilica. The gym is on the 11th floor and I must say that on occasion I could hear the weights being dropped on the floor by some inconsiderate simpleton. There IS a sign in the gym that mentions that this should be avoided. Nice gym great machines and great view. Our room featured a king bed and had good lighting, pillows, large bathroom, shampoo, soap and conditioner. The sink did have a slight ”bad smell” however. Apart from the rare noise from the gym, the room was very well insulated for sound. It was the most sound insulated room I have ever stayed in. The room was very clean. The mini fridge had a couple bottles of water. The room also had a ”pods” style coffee machine which we enjoyed all week. The TV had a wide selection of channels in both French and English and the screen can be tilted to face the bed. A Metro station (Place D'Armes) is nearby and the hotel has underground parking on location for those with a car, I am not sure what it costs. We ate one dinner in the restaurant in the lobby. The food was of good quality and very tasty but a bit overpriced. Conveniently, there is a large IGA grocery store one block up in the Complexe Dejardins where you will also find a pharmacy and other shops. The 747 airport bus stop is located across the street on Rene Levesque (heading TO the airport). The bus costs 11 dollars in COINS only. At about 10am our bus trip to the airport took about 30-35 mins. All the staff we interacted with were extremely friendly. They all spoke both French and English. We would stay here again on our next trip to Montreal but I must say, I found it a bit expensive $$$$$$$. Happy Travels.

Except that the breakfast is very simple, I am not satisfied with it, but I like everything else. The staff is friendly and the location is great, close to the city center Convenient to go anywhere The hotel room is large and equipped with an Apple computer and a Dyson hair dryer. I will choose to stay here next time

There were many indirect lighting in the room, so I was able to stay calmly. The location was close to the shopping street, so I was able to go to the meal easily from the hotel.
