The staff is friendly and the room where I was assigned was clean. The downside is it’s far from Paris center although the hotel is 110m away from the metro station going to Paris.

Excellent location very close to metro. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast offering far superior to the UK and Ireland. Overall a very pleasant stay with engaging staff.

Well, everything had gone very well except the day of return, April 8, 2024 around 9:00-9:30, when we asked the reception to call us a taxi for 10:15 to go to the airport. The taxi that we had taken the day we arrived at the airport cost us about 57 euros to the hotel, since this taxi to go to the airport turned out to be not a taxi but an Uber and charged us 75 euros. We blame this on the person at the reception who first did not ask us for a taxi but for a city without consulting us and concluded that they were in cahoots. We would like this comment to reach the Hotel. The stay at the hotel was from April 5 to 8. We reserved two rooms with DNO (709-712)

The hotel is a little further out than expected (38 minutes by metro). However, right next to the metro, which runs every 4 minutes. Hotel has everything you need to have a good night's sleep. The bathroom was a bit dirty. The selection at breakfast left a lot to be desired.

The bed is very soft and very comfortable

Very warm welcome, helpful staff, breakfast 10/10, excellent. Pleasant room, a little noisy on the 1st floor. Impeccable bedding. Bathroom to refresh.

The hotel is next to the subway station, which is very convenient

If we had an amenity, I wasn’t aware of it. The bathroom / toilet, reminiscent of Second World War Japanese facility, was just plain dangerous. It was comforted by the 40 degree ambient hallway temperatures, and tony room without functioning air conditioning. The solo clerk at reception needed to be awaken from his exterior smoking stupor to deny you a pot of hot water lest you bring him one - read amenities above. Dreadful but set amongst a suburb of less than quantitative benefit.

this hotel was everything I could ask for. It is in a nice area, close to train/metro. the breakfast was amazing. helpful staff with my limited French they understood and helped me. Near a lot of good places to eat and overall, a really nice area.

Great location near the metro station and plenty of restaurants and shops around, albeit somewhat far from the city centre. Excellent staff. Rooms were clean, soundproofed, and comfortable, and a little small.

Staff is mostly friendly, hotel close to Metro Mairie de Montreuil, Good room, good bed, good shower. However there was a big brown stain in the sheet. Also I ordered Fast/online checkout, but staff did not seem to know how this worked and insisted I checked out formally with them and payed for my bar expenses (while Accor had already sent me the bill to charge my credit card). So time saving did not work. However, I expect this to be clearer next time and will come back.

Room and comfort no worries, but the breakfast needs to improve the choice of breads, no baguette rolls too hard. No heat except for the boiled eggs. Close to the ideal metro.

Pleasant and warm hotel. Good bedding. Very efficient and very friendly welcome. Small free parking lot. Very close to metro line 9 (terminus) Good breakfast but could still be improved: add yogurt and cake. The possibility of making fresh squeezed orange juice is a plus even if the automatic machine which produces it gives too much bitterness.
