Here are the key points of my feedback: Room Setting: The view of the room is nice and antique. However, I did not quite understand why the sink were separately located at the corner of the room instead of inside the washroom. Dining Experience: My dining experience at the hotel was satisfactory. If there was hot food available in the morning, it would be much better. Amenities and Facilities: While the hotel's amenities and facilities were functional, I observed signs of wear and tear throughout the property. Investing in the upkeep and modernization of facilities could significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

It's old. Like old old. But cool at the same time. Only downside is that rooms smell old.

Location very good

On the main shopping street, very close to the lake. Good breakfast and hassle free check in. Staff was super helpful to provide anything that is needed.

I only liked location ,, breakfast there was nothing to eat except boiled eggs , receipt not helpful at all

This hotel comes with a great service for its customers. I really recommended it. The only niche is, if you are an asian please don’t expect too much from the breakfast ☺️ it is very western

Disadvantages: There is no air conditioner and the ventilation is bad. Not recommended to stay in hot summer. I have a bad sleep due to the temperature. As the hotel is near the street, there is noise when you open the window. However, it is very hot if the windows are closed. Advantages: The room is large and the reception is helpful. The breakfast is nice. Near to everything and attractions! The bus stop is very close to this hotel and can take u everywhere.

Very good hotelX just three bus stop away from main station and near to lake Geneve as well, and few mins bus ride to chillon castle. Clean and huge old style hotel .

Very polite check in counter service, clear explanation with tourists pass issued without questioning

pros: location was good, located in the city centre just outside the bus stop. very convenient. the room was very big and spacious as well. however, we wanted to check in earlier but they didn’t allow so we could only leave our luggages there in the storage room. service was relatively okay. cons: the room was clean but it was disgusting as there were so many spiders in the room and we didnt realise it until the next day where the spider was crawling all over the pillow…. room didnt have much ventilation even though the window is open so it can get abit stuffy

Environment: The surrounding environment is beautiful and very close to transportation. Facilities: It is an older hotel, but the internal facilities are very good Service: The service attitude at the front desk is very good Hygiene: Although it takes a long time, it is very clean.

The hotel as a whole is no different from the Samsung Guesthouse in China. After all, it is an old house that is more than 100 years old. The so-called decoration is only updated in the bathroom, but the bathroom lights and exhaust system have the same button. The room was overall quite clean and tidy. The best thing is that the price is relatively cheap. I wouldn’t recommend it for a long stay.

Good location to stay when I come to the Christmas market in this city. and is close to ******** The room is big and spacious. But it may look old. and has a musty smell From the carpet in the room, but overall, the price is worth it.

The location is convenient, the family room is spacious, and the supermarket is walking distance downstairs. The hotel bathroom facilities are old, the shower is worn out, and the bathtub is too thin. It is recommended to replace the shower curtain.
