Switched rooms due to the stains on the carpet and chairs. Like someone spilled coffee all over the place. Front desk stated “it’s a hotel, there’s not much we can do.” The windows to look out were not cleaned at all. Sheets on the bed had oil stains, had to change those. The bistro closed early than the advertised sign so I had to venture out my comfort zone for food and when I did go down to get things from the bistro, I waited about 10 mins before getting help. The pool area was closed so didn’t understand why did I have pay a resort fee when a lot of things were not available. The housekeeping staff was very pleasant though.
