This hotel is very bad. I have never had such a bad hotel. The room smells, the bathroom is very small, the sanitary conditions in the corridor are also very poor, and the price is also expensive. It does not meet the requirements.

Clean, comfortable room with a fridge, microwave & a decent breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. I lived in Montrose for several years and was there to visit family, so I sort of know which hotels to avoid. When I return to Montrose, I'll check this place first. I would recommend this property based on my stay 8/22/24.

I was not expexting a high class stay from this Motel 8 but to say this location needs a complete upgrade is an unserstatement. Would not stay again and would not recommend unless you have no other place to go.

Two story motel with no elevator. Not a big deal for most people. Stairwells were dirty with small pieces of debris all over. Room was small but fine. Had dirty sheets with small brown stains. Breakfast was modest but something. I would not stay here again.

The bed was made up so terribly with sheets all folded in funny places that we questioned whether the bed had been slept in. We pulled all the covers back and decided that the housekeeper had just done a terrible job. The room was OK but very little counter space in the bathroom. The breakfast was one of the skimpiest we've seen and they did not have decaf coffee. When I asked for it one morning, the receptionist was very gracious and made some for me. The second morning, I did not get such friendly cooperation although I did finally get some. I said nothing for the next two mornings. I would not stay in this hotel again.

Carpeting seemed really old. Burnt hole in comforter n stains on sheet. The whole room seemed like it was on a slope.. so odd. No eggs or meat for breakfast.
