The room smelled like mildew, vents were moldy and mildewed. Front Desk did not address at all. It’s a serious health issue and this place obviously does not care about their customers. I also noticed roach traps sitting out in stairwells, so we left at 5:30am. They offer a free breakfast, but how clean/safe would the food be in a dirty atmosphere?

Room assigned was dirty, one bed unmade, wet towel on to stand, bathroom dirty from someone showering. Waited 30 minutes in hot hallway awaiting a key to new room. Air conditioning did not stay on and had to be readjusted throughout both nights of stay.

Ross was wonderful!!! Best service we have had in our trip!!!
******* needs to get there stuff together because they don’t have a hot tub and the pool is down right now! Which is not what ******* advertised!

This property hasn’t been updated in at least 20 years or more! We have always stayed in Holiday Inn’s and never expected to stay at one in this condition! I would never stay here again!

Stayed one night in room 101. TV went off every 5 minutes. Hotel elevator out of order. Bathroom dated, shower curtain hanging sideways, tile and grout dirty. Staff was nice at check-in. Breakfast not served until 7:00a.m. on a Saturday, but variety of food choices offered.

In the middle of the night, I kept searching for a thermostat bc the one on the wall didn’t work. I finally found one on the desk. The air was extremely loud so I couldn’t sleep. I let the desk clerk know and she said she’d have the manager call me. Then when my son went inside to return the luggage cart, he heard her talking about the “old lady that was b***ing about a bunch of s**t”. She was talking about me!!!! First of all, I was very polite. Second, I’m in my 40s! Also, the manager never called. I will not be staying there again. I also have video of how insanely loud the a/c was at 2:30 in the morning. I tried to submit the review with the words the desk clerk actually said and it wouldn’t submit due to profanity.
