Stayed here again with the wonderful hosts John and Ed. Lovely room overlooking the sea. Room clean with En Suite has everything you require for your holiday including a small fridge, which is a bonus. Breakfast freshly cooked to order choice has all you want from fruit juice, cereals fruit and Yoghurt etc. Hope to visit again and would 100% recommend

Absolutely great hosts, very friendly and helpful, comfortable bed and lovely views, little attention needed as was mouldy under the window and ceiling above the shower

Lovely hotel. Very clean and welcoming. Nothing too much trouble Edward and John very helpful and friendly . Breakfast delicious. Helped me put bags in the car and took them to room on arrival. Ideal location on the sea front overlooking the bay.

From arrival to departure we found the hosts were absolutely fabulous..very Friendly and made us feel very welcome...the breakfast was cooked to perfection..the room was perfect (extremely comfy bed n pillows)..we will definitely return again..many thanks guys for a great stay..

Fantastic we have been before and it is still excellent the room was clean and warm which is a good thing in Early March when its freezing outside, The bed was so comfy and proper pillows, better then our own bed. Breakfast lovely. cooked fresh to order. Owners lovely and friendly and very helpful. Will defo go again.

Nice comfortable room with a lovely view of Morecombe bay, clean and tidy bathroom.
At breakfast a good selection of food which was cooked to order extra tea coffee and toast if required
