The hotel provides quadruple rooms which is for 4 people. Good amount of space is there. Although the service is average, the staff wont disturb you during your stay. The pool is clean and well maintained. The rooms are good for a bachelor’s group trip. Made good memories in the place

Hotel is located at an excellent place. Near the market and turtle beach, morjim beach. Very cooperative, polite and nice staff. Nice swimming pool. Good for a big family having more family members. A very peaceful place to enjoy. Special thanks to the owner very nice and cooperative in nature. Overall experience is excellent.

It was a great stay at this place. My children enjoyed their days mostly in the pool. The pool was cleaned regularly and it was a wonderful place. I would recommend this place if you are in goa.

Hotel room has smelly and the bed also very smelly and ants all over the mattress. Not good for stay. Staff also and helpful

The location of the property is not that good. Property is extremely small and they don't even have a proper parking space. We faced problem every-time we parked the car. The rooms look very old and there is no view from any place in the reaort. No garden, nothing. Not at-all worth the price.

Room was full of bad odor. Curtains were broke. Bedsheets weren't changed. Even they dint clean the room as we stayed for two days

hotel rooms are big and spacious bur there are few things which can be improved hot water availability is challenge. they say boiler is on but even after wasting water for 15-20 mins hoter watr does not come.i ended up getting cold and cough due to using cold water.
2.they should have some kind of partition in room. when people come out of bathroom...they need to get ready i front of others which is not convinient for many people.having curtain partition also helps.
